Integration with Prom

Integration of the Torgsoft software with the marketplace Prom provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to automate product management, order processing, and control over payments and deliveries in online stores. Torgsoft supports automatic updates of stock quantities, prices, descriptions, and other characteristics, which is particularly important for those selling through Prom. Thanks to the integration, all operations with products and orders can be managed in a single program, eliminating the need to manually update information across multiple platforms.

Adding products to Prom: what gets synced?

When adding products to Torgsoft and synchronizing with Prom, the following data is automatically transferred:

• Product name
• Description
• Stock quantity
• Photos
• SKU
• Barcode
• Wholesale and retail price
• Individual product characteristics (color, size, power, etc.)

Storing product photos for Prom

Product photos are stored in the product cards in the Torgsoft system. It is recommended to use square images on a white background with a size of 1000 px on the largest side. To sync photos with Prom, an open catalog on the website or hosting must be available where the images are stored. This allows automatic uploading of photos from Torgsoft to Prom.

How to start working with Torgsoft if you already have an online store on Prom

If you already have an online store on Prom, the integration process includes the following steps:

1. Export products from Prom
   First, you need to export the list of products from Prom in XLS format. This will allow you to transfer existing products to Torgsoft.

2. File adaptation
   The exported file needs to be adapted to the format supported by Torgsoft. This can be done with the help of a technical specialist or support service.

3. Import products into Torgsoft
   After adaptation, the file is uploaded to Torgsoft. For each product, a card is created with detailed information, including price, description, and characteristics.

4. Adding product photos
   Photos are uploaded into the system, which will be synced with Prom.

5. Inventory
   After importing the products, inventory must be performed to update the stock quantity data.

6. Synchronization setup
   Set up synchronization between Torgsoft and Prom so that product data is automatically transferred to the website.

Note: After synchronization, all products on Prom will be overwritten: old ones will be deleted, and new product information, photos, and descriptions will match the data in Torgsoft. This ensures an up-to-date stock status.

Test synchronization: Before the main synchronization, it is recommended to perform a test upload of products to a new store on Prom. If the result satisfies you, you can delete the test store and set
