• Automatic upload of the price list for regular synchronization of stock status, product availability, and prices between Torgsoft and Rozetka.

Processing orders from Rozetka

Torgsoft reconciles, records, or updates customer data after receiving an order. Order processing takes place in the mode «Trade with invoice», where the order goes through standard stages:

• Invoice creation,
• Sending the invoice by e-mail,
• Sending payment details,
• Reserving products for the order,
• Creating a sales invoice when the product is shipped,
• printing an ECR receipt,
• Creating a waybill (TTN) for Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta from Torgsoft,
• Tracking the status of the parcel and cash on delivery.

All order-related actions in the Torgsoft accounting program are transmitted to Rozetka to inform the customer about the stage and current status of their order.

Integration with Rozetka is a complex and time-consuming process, but Torgsoft simplifies the creation of a product price list according to Rozetka requirements, fills in the data available in Rozetka directories, and shows where additional information needs to be entered.
