Start — a tariff plan for one workstation, retail trade, and initial goods accounting: online warehouse automation, sales, returns, and inventory. Start has limited functionality: it does not include a bonus system, networked user work, or synchronization with an online store. Start is a simple warehouse goods accounting system.
Medium and Optimal — these tariff plans include all Torgsoft accounting program features. Medium and Optimal differ in the number of workstations.
Expanding program capabilities: renting additional options
The basic functionality of Start, Medium, and Optimal includes everything necessary for goods accounting.
However, if you need to synchronize the program with an online store, send mass mailings, generate Nova Poshta waybills, or manage production — these features are part of paid additional options, which can also be rented.
The cost depends on the option and the number of workstations. For example, "Mass Mailing" will cost you 115 UAH per month, and "Warehouse Storage Location" — 26 UAH.

When you buy a Torgsoft license — you own it. When using Torgsoft-Online — the license is rented for the duration of the service.
In cloud solutions, neither the product nor the database belongs to the user. You use them as long as you rent the service. In most cases, transferring a cloud solution to your server is impossible.
A rented server is ideal for entrepreneurs who want reliable, uninterrupted work without delving into technical nuances.
The server is not a gaming computer, and it is not intended for entertainment. Please inform your employees of this.
Use the server for accounting and business purposes only.
After configuring the system, we transfer it to you as the renter. The responsibility for data security on your server passes to you. We are not responsible for user actions in the operating system, as we do not control how you or your employees use the server. For example, we cannot prevent a seller from downloading a file from the internet that may contain malware.
To prevent data loss:
- forbid sellers from using browsers or downloading anything on the server,
- back up data to the cloud or external storage daily,
- do not share server and software access data with anyone,
- do not grant administrator rights to anyone.
If you purchased trade equipment from Torgsoft, the first setup after purchase is free.
If you need technical support assistance, you can connect a specialist using TeamViewerQS — the program for remote access. Provide the technical support specialist with the TeamViewer ID and password for access to your server.
As soon as you close TeamViewer — the connection session will end, and the TeamViewer password will reset and will no longer be valid.
Torgsoft employees cannot access the server without your knowledge.
Physically, the server is located in a specialized facility: two independent channels for stable internet connection, uninterrupted power supply from two different substations, a diesel generator, and solar panels for additional power. The server is under round-the-clock security, video surveillance, and multi-level personal verification — access for unauthorized individuals is excluded.
