How to arrange a payment by instalments?

The company draws up a commercial offer, in which it fixes all the conditions. If the client is satisfied with everything, he or she signs a contract, makes the first payment according to the schedule, and gets access to the licence.
What are the terms of the instalment plan?
The price paid by the client consists of the actual cost of the licence and the rental fee for using the software until it is redeemed. The main payment is divided into equal parts, and the rental fee is added to the main payment.
The rental fee is 2% of the licence fee per month, whether paid in hryvnia, dollar or another currency, and is calculated in a differentiated way: in the first month, the cost is the highest, and towards the end of the term of use, the lowest.
The total rent is divided into unequal parts and paid monthly.
If during the term of the agreement you need to purchase a licence or an additional option of Torgsoft, we will renegotiate the agreement, and the payment for the use of instalments continues, taking into account the new amount.
Please note that access to the software is provided for a month, until the next instalment payment is made.
