Torgsoft user assistance and support
After activating the demo version or purchasing a Torgsoft license, you have the opportunity to use 2 hours of free technical support within 30 days. This is enough to set up the program, start accounting, and understand the basic functions. Our specialists will help you take the first steps, provide advice on settings, and answer all your questions.
If you need help after the free period, you can always contact technical support — we work every day. We provide remote support, so you don't need to wait for a specialist to arrive. We also have a lot of additional materials: video tutorials, articles, podcasts, and instructions to help you better understand the program.
Our technical support team has been working with entrepreneurs since 2005. We support the operation of thousands of businesses and quickly help resolve various issues. You can always count on qualified assistance when you need it.
Technical Support Agreement
Service Support Agreement (SSA) — this is a prepaid package of Torgsoft technical support. It gives you access to specialists when you need help “here and now”: consultations, configuration, restoring operations, and accounting support.
You can submit as many requests as you like — only the total support time in your package is limited. The hours limit is based on our experience so that this time is more than enough for typical tasks.
Only owners of the Torgsoft accounting software may enter into the agreement.
The package is valid for the paid period or until all hours are used (whichever occurs first).
Time is deducted based on the actual request; the remaining hours balance is displayed in your personal account..
Online training
Cost of each module: 1,650 UAH
Module 1: How to start accounting correctly?
- Creating stores, setting up currencies, and types of trade.
- Receiving goods, accounting for size ranges, working with suppliers.
- Settlements with suppliers: how to receive goods on consignment and control payments.
- Printing invoices and labels, distributing goods between stores.
Module 2: Warehouse Accounting
- Full sales cycle: adding goods and selecting a customer.
- Working with VIP clients, non-cash payments, bonuses, and gift certificates.
- Cash collection, sales submission, cash and product reports.
- Product returns, write-offs, and inventory checks.
Module 3: Financial Accounting
- Financial accounting: cash orders, cash collection, and monitoring bank statements (Privat24, Monobank).
- Settlements with suppliers, VIP clients, and partners.
- Balance by financial analysis categories, controlling expenses and income.
Module 4: Marketing and Profitability Analysis
- Creating a client card, setting up a discount policy.
- Marketing tools: SMS and email campaigns, bonus system, CRM.
- Analyzing store performance and business profitability.
How does the training work?
- On the scheduled day and time, a specialist contacts you via Zoom.
- The instructor connects to your computer via TeamViewer.
- You see the specialist's actions on the screen while simultaneously entering data into the program, gaining practical skills.
- After the lesson, you will receive a recording of the training that you can review as needed.

Additional services
Connecting a Terminal Server for Torgsoft allows all employees to work with a single database regardless of their location. This is convenient for store management, as everyone — from the cashier to the accountant — works with up-to-date information online, from anywhere in the world. The setup is done remotely via TeamViewer, without the need for a specialist to visit the location.
Cost: 3000 UAH
Requirements for connection:
- Stable internet connection (at least 2 Mbps)
- Static IP address
- Powerful server computer (Intel Core i3+, 8 GB RAM+)
- Windows Server operating system
- Retail equipment (scanners, printers, etc.)
