Managing the customer base
The Torgsoft customer accounting software can store and organize both basic and additional information about customers: names, contact details, age, date of birth, family members, and more. The Marketing — Customers form is used for customer accounting.

Based on this information, you can create separate customer groups for sending newsletters or setting up promotions. You can also send personalized offers to individual customers.
In the customer card, you can add discount cards, indicate available discount percentages, note subscription consent, interests based on previous purchases, and other important information.

History of communications with clients
In the "Marketing" mode, you can create and update a list of all incoming and outgoing client contacts with the company: from automatic invoice sending to manually recording negotiation outcomes. You can create a list of deals for each interaction, track sales stages, and record their results.

In Torgsoft, all customer "touchpoints" with the store are collected from various channels: phone, e-mail, chatbots, social media messages, etc. Additionally, you can maintain a call log and send messages through popular messengers. Classification of customers by interests and purchases
When the option "CRM. Customer Interaction" is activated in the Torgsoft program, it becomes possible to sort customers by their interests.
By selecting the "Interests" filter, you will see customers who have bought or have not bought products from categories that match their interests. The selection also shows the number of receipts and the total amount of customer purchases according to this filter within the specified period of activity.

In advance, you need to create interest categories in the program, such as cars, books, pets. Then, in the "Fill interests by purchases" menu, specific interests can be automatically assigned to a customer based on the products they frequently purchase. For example, if a customer frequently buys semi-hard cheeses, an interest for this category of product will appear in their card.

This option is useful for further selecting customers with common interests and creating promotions or special offers for them.
For example, a customer who regularly buys semi-hard Alpine cheese "Raclette" will be pleasantly surprised if they receive a newsletter with a promotional price for this type of cheese. Polite service without pushing unnecessary products or services contributes to customer satisfaction.
Synchronization with Binotel IP telephony
Torgsoft syncs with Binotel – a virtual telephony service that allows you to control manager communications, track sales via phone, create customer phone number databases, record phone conversations, log missed calls, and more.
To connect Torgsoft and Binotel, you need to register with Binotel and obtain the API and WebSocket key. After that, the customer accounting software will provide access to incoming and missed call notifications, client information and their orders, a customer database with phone numbers, quick order creation in a special program menu, payment verification, and more.
Assessment of employee performance
In addition to purchase analysis, the client accounting software allows you to track both overall and individual employee performance. Torgsoft enables you to set sales targets.
