In this video, a Torgsoft specialist explains and demonstrates how to use the Syncotek MPT II mobile receipt printer, including its package contents and how to connect it to a Windows computer.

The Syncotek MPT II is a miniature portable printer that fits into a standard pocket. Despite its small size, it prints standard 58 mm wide receipts, invoices, tickets, and other documents. It connects via Bluetooth to mobile devices and computers, as well as via USB and RS-232 interfaces. It has a built-in battery for autonomous operation. Designed specifically for remote receipt printing — ideal for mobile sales, markets, couriers, taxis, and other businesses that need to print receipts outside the office.

Advantages:

  • Universal connectivity — via USB, RS-232, Bluetooth.

  • Compact — can be carried in a pocket, bag, or on a belt.

  • Compatible with Android and Windows operating systems.

  • The built-in battery lasts for 1.5 hours of continuous autonomous printing.

The kit includes a sample receipt roll, a USB cable for connecting to a computer, a charger, and a carrying case.

How to use the Syncotek MPT II printer?

Before turning on the printer, open the paper cover, remove the factory test receipt, and insert the receipt roll with the printable side facing the print head. Close the compartment and hold the “Power” button for 2 seconds. To feed the receipt slightly — press the “Feed” button.

To check if the printer is working — turn it on by holding “Feed” and pressing “Power”. The printer will print a self-test.

To connect the printer to a computer — use the USB cable included in the kit. Download and install the printer driver — available in the product description here: https://store.torgsoft.ua/portativniy-printer-chekv-syncotek-mpt/.

Note: Sometimes the driver does not install correctly the first time. In that case, in the “Devices and Printers” folder you will see an exclamation mark next to the printer. If you encounter this driver error, go to “Device Manager” — select the printer — click “Uninstall device” and check “Delete the driver for this device.” Install the updated driver, select the correct printer model and COM port. Print a self-test from the computer. The Syncotek MPT II printer can also connect to a computer via Bluetooth.
