Xprinter XP-422B USB+Ethernet label printer review

The new model of the desktop thermal label printer features a modern design, compact size, built-in sensors, memory for loading label templates, and a multi-interface for connecting to computer equipment, trading devices, and the internet. Thanks to the Ethernet interface, the printer can be connected to a network and used to print labels from multiple workstations simultaneously. The Xprinter XP-422B prints labels of various sizes: from small 20 mm wide labels to large 108 mm stickers for postal shipping labels (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest), including barcodes. The maximum roll width that can be placed in the printer is 112 mm, and the diameter is 110 mm. However, the printer’s body includes a special slot for connecting an additional roll holder, allowing the use of larger rolls and reducing the frequency of paper replacement.

Replacing the printing paper is easy. After replacing the labels, calibration must be performed. To do this, press and hold the “FEED” button until it lights up red: the button will light up blue ⇢ pink ⇢ red. To check if the printer is properly calibrated, press the “FEED” key again (no need to wait for the red light, just press the button once) — if only one label is printed, the calibration was successful.
