How to print labels in the Torgsoft accounting program?

To label a product with a price tag, name, barcode, you do not need to create a label manually. In Torgsoft, you can print ready-made labels for the product and the program will automatically generate the label with all the necessary information on it. 

How to print labels in the Torgsoft accounting program?

There are several ways to start printing:

Option 1. Go to the menu «Commodity management» — «Print labels» → select the desired product and click the «Print» button. 

To find the required product faster, you can use the Product Filter.

The program has 2 buttons for printing: 

• The left «Print» button will start printing labels according to the quantity of this item in the warehouse. 
• The right «Print» button is used to print the specified number of labels. You can indicate the number in the «Number» tab. 

Option 2. Go to the menu «Warehouse» — «Warehouse status» → select one or more items and click «Print» → select one of the printing options: Print by item, Print in stock quantity, Print discounted tags, etc. 

Option 3. In the Warehouse status, add the desired product to the Label printing buffer and print labels from the Merchandising menu whenever it is convenient for you.

The label template can be edited: 

Go to the «Print product labels» form → «Settings» → select a label template and edit it.
