How to sync Prom with Torgsoft accounting program?

More than 3 million sales are realized on Prom.ua every month, so entrepreneurs are eager to create their own online stores on the marketplace. To make it easy to manage your store, accept orders, carry out shipments, and keepaccounting of goods, synchronize your store on Prom.ua with the Torgsoft accounting program.
If you already have several stores, the Torgsoft program allows you to manage all the connected accounting centers at the same time.

How does the synchronization of Prom with Torgsoft work?

The principle of synchronization is:

• To synchronize products with Prom, you need to have an empty Internet site. Torgsoft does not import products from Prom, so all products, their descriptions, characteristics, and photos must be in Torgsoft at first.

You need to once add information about the goods in Torgsoft, add their photos, and the program will transfer the goods into Prom.ua. In the future, you can do all the work with orders and goods in the Torgsoft accounting program.

Also, Torgsoft synchronizes information with your other stores and warehouses, keeps accounting of goods for them and always maintains up-to-date information on the availability of goods and prices.

How to set up synchronization of Torgsoft with Prom?

In the menu Warehouse ⟶ Synchronization with an online store ⟶ Synchronization object ⟶ select Prom.ua. In the «Synchronization object» file, fill in the tabs:

General

• Name.
• Category 一 «Online store».
• Synchronization through 一 Prom.ua.
• Product group 一 fill in if you need to synchronize not the entire assortment, but only certain categories of goods.
• For invoice items, take prices from 一 if your stores have different prices for the same product, you need to choose which store to import the price from.
• Copy the API key received in Prom.
• Specify the FTP delivery address.
• Select the method of photo synchronization.

Customers

Check the boxes by which parameters to search for and create new customers when creating and processing an order.

Payments

Click the «Load/update payment methods» button and Torgsoft will import the payment methods you have chosen to be used by your customers at Prom. Specify in the program where the funds from sales should go: «Cashier» 一 for cash payments, «Current account» 一 for non-cash payments.

Accounting centers

Select the accounting centers from which you want to import balance data to your online store. In this tab, you can also specify whether to synchronize only in-stock items or photos, and from which accounting center to write off sold items.

Synchronization time

You can synchronize at any time manually or set up automatic synchronization on the convenient time for you. To do this, select a synchronization time or interval.

Synchronization file

Specify which product information Torgsoft will import to the Prom online store during synchronization. To transfer all standard product characteristics at once, click «Add all fields to the synchronization file». In the Torgsoft program, you can create an unlimited number of additional dynamic product characteristics and add them for synchronization using the «Add» button.
To complete the synchronization setup, select the file encoding, type of file of goods and orders.

How to sync Prom.ua in Torgsoft?

Go to the Warehouse menu ⟶ Synchronization with the online store ⟶ select Prom.ua. in the «Synchronization object» ⟶ click Update ⟶ Synchronize ⟶ done.
