Errors 502 and 504 when working with ECR

Dear customers,

As of 13:15, when processing receipts through ECR, an error with codes 502 or 504 may occur, which is caused by disruptions in the tax servers' operation.

The situation is as follows:

  • Tax servers are running but periodically respond to programs with errors 502 or 504.
  • All ECR developers confirm this issue; the tax authorities are aware and are working on resolving it.

What to do in case of an error:

1. For cash payments in the Torgsoft program:

  • If an error appears, click "No."
  • On the "Payment" form, click "Pay" again.
  • Repeat these actions 3-5 times or until the tax authority accepts the receipt.

2. For non-cash payments (with a bank terminal connected):

  • If an error appears, click "No."
  • On the "Payment" form, uncheck the option "Use bank terminal connection" to avoid resending the amount to the terminal.
  • Click "Pay" again. Repeat these actions 3-5 times or until the tax authority accepts the receipt.
