1) The software ECR is tied to the server user
Therefore, if you launch the "Owner" user under the server user, for example, "Administrator" and select a specific ECR in the settings, it will be valid for all users of the program who work with Torgsoft under this server user.
If you then log in to the server, for example, under the user "user" and run the program under the user "Owner", then it will no longer have the functions of a ECR.
That is, you need to log in once under the server user who has an inactive "Fiscal Registrar" button and select the desired software ECR in the settings.
2) When working in mixed mode, the ECR is not selected in the settings
Check if the cash register is selected in Settings → Options → Check.
The mode must be fiscal or mixed, if mixed, then the software ECR and the ECR itself must be selected in the "Fiscal" tab.
