Conceptual principles of working with a software-based cash register:

A software-based cash register is registered with the tax office for a specific individual entrepreneur or legal entity.
The ECR receives a unique fiscal number and belongs to one company.
You can register many ECR per company.
The additional option "Software ECR" from Torgsoft is purchased for each computer: 1 ECR = 1 cash register.

How many sole proprietorships or businesses can I run in Torgsoft?

In Torgsoft Start, you can keep records of only one enterprise.
In the versions of Torgsoft Ultra and Terminal, many enterprises can be accounted for in one database.

What keys are suitable for working with the software ECR?

ACK of "Ukraine" LLC (*.zs2) and ACK of "PrivatBank" (*.jks)

Is it possible to buy one option "Software ECR" from Torgsoft and sell goods to several individual entrepreneurs?
Yes, you can use one "Software ECR" option in Torgsoft Ultra and Terminal, provided that the companies keep records in the same database.
At the same time, each entrepreneur must have their own cash register from the tax office, since the tax office has a cash register tied to a specific enterprise.

In the settings of the "Software ECR" option, you can add several payment transaction registrars from different companies and, when paying for goods, select the desired ECR.

Can I use one "Software ECR" option for several cash registers?
No. 1 ECR = 1 cash register.

What if the Torgsoft program is registered for one person, but the tax office has registered and sends fiscal checks for another individual entrepreneur?
It's okay, these processes are not combined.
The ownership of the Torgsoft program is registered within the Torgsoft company.

In the Torgsoft program, you can keep records for several companies and send reports to the tax office for different individual entrepreneurs. At the same time, information about the owner of the Torgsoft license is not transferred anywhere.

Is the software ECR tied to a user or a computer?
The additional option "Software ECR" from Torgsoft belongs to the person who paid for it.

The software fiscal registrar, which is registered with the tax office, is tied to the company.
There is no connection to the computer.

Can I use the same key of the sole proprietor at different points of sale?
No.

Why does the seller need to obtain a key from the tax office and use it to sell goods through a cash register?
If the cashier is officially employed by an entrepreneur or legal entity, he or she is registered in the electronic cabinet. Thus, the cashier is associated with a specific employer, and the cashier's name is printed on the receipt. When opening and closing shifts, information about which cashier is doing it is transmitted to the tax server.

If one entrepreneur has several stores and several cash desks, then, of course, he cannot work as a cashier in many places at the same time.

Is it possible not to register the seller's signature if the store has only one cash register?
It is possible if there is only one cash register and one store. Then you can use the signature of the sole proprietor.

Can I have two electronic signatures for one sole proprietor and sell with them simultaneously?
If both signatures of the sole proprietor will work simultaneously in different stores, then you cannot. If the signatures are for the sole proprietor's employees, then you can.

How can two cashiers work in shifts at the same checkout?
Each employee must log in to Torgsoft under his or her own account.
Each seller in Torgsoft has its own key. The implementation is tied to the employee.

There are two options for choosing a seller to sell goods in Torgsoft:

Settings → Options → Link the implementation to the seller → Seller registration → When logging into the program.
Implementation → Selecting a seller - this action is available for an account without restrictions.
If an employee is selected in the implementation and an electronic signature is filled in his card, then this signature will be used for ECR checks. This employee will be indicated as the cashier on the receipt.

How can I make sales to two sole proprietors from one cash register?
At the time of payment, you can select the software ECR from which the fiscal receipt will be printed. In Torgsoft, the role of the seller is limited so that he cannot sell goods from the wrong ECR. You can open access to this function in the role settings.

If the payment is non-cash, then the company to which the current account is linked in the Torgsoft settings will be used. If the payment is made in cash, the company selected during the payment will be used.

In Torgsoft, you can link a cash register to an enterprise to print a fiscal check on behalf of a sole proprietor or legal entity to which the cash register is linked. This is necessary so that sellers do not confuse the fiscal registrar if you have several businesses in Torgsoft.
