How to log in to the program?

By default, login: sa, password: 2009
Change the owner's account password in Torgsoft - Settings - Users when you start managing the inventory.

What is the difference between the licenses?

Torgsoft is a single accounting program. There are three versions:

• Terminal - for a retail network.
• Ultra - for a store with one or more cash registers.
• Start - for a small store or initial accounting.

Additional paid options expand the program's capabilities: they allow you to work with external services, marketplaces, postal services, electronic cash registers, and over 50+ useful functions for trade.
You purchase the program once, and there are no subscription fees. Updates are free.

Computer for trade automation

The Torgsoft program requires a Windows computer.

Torgsoft for a retail network: Terminal License

For the terminal version, Torgsoft requires a server — a powerful computer, which can be purchased or rented.
Renting a server is convenient because the server is always on, always accessible, and far from prying eyes.
A server in the office is convenient because the computer is physically under your control, and you don't have to pay monthly rent, as you would for a virtual server.
Sellers connect to the program from any computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Torgsoft for a point of sale: Ultra and Start

If you have one or more cash registers in the store, the Start or Ultra versions can be installed on a more or less powerful computer. To ensure everything works quickly, a laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and an SSD drive will suffice.

Security for the store

We recommend not using the computer where the accounting program is installed for entertainment purposes. Try to maintain information hygiene: work separately, personal matters separately.

The main rule: make backups of the database. Whatever happens to the computer, the backup will allow you to quickly restore work. Backups can be done manually on an external drive or automatically on Google Drive.
