Main elements of the Torgsoft interface: standard buttons, filters, sorting
The interface of the Torgsoft software is built on unified standard components, which significantly simplifies work and staff training. Most forms (such as “Stock Status”, “Sales”, “Goods Receipt”) have a similar set of control buttons, filters, and customization tools.
1. Standard control buttons

Almost every form in the software has a toolbar with buttons for core operations. Keyboard shortcuts are provided to speed up work.
-
Add (F4). Opens an empty form to create a new document or record. You need to fill in the fields and confirm the action.
-
Edit (F3). Opens the edit form for the selected record or document.
-
Delete (Ctrl+Del). Deletes the selected record/document or clears values in filter fields.
-
Refresh (F5). Refreshes information on the form, which is useful if data could have been changed by other users or after changing filter settings.
-
Directory (book icon). Opens the relevant directory (for example, product types, manufacturers) to select a value.
-
Copy. Allows you to create copies of documents or records.
-
Save / Open. Buttons for saving documents to a file and loading them from a file (for example, to exchange data between stores).
-
Print (printer icon). Opens the print menu for documents (invoices, receipts, reports).
-
Label (barcode icon). Responsible for printing labels for a product.
2. Data export (“Report” button)

The Report button lets you export data from any table to Excel (or OpenOffice) for further analysis, and also print the table directly on a printer.
-
Before exporting, you can configure which columns to export and specify their order.
-
You can set vertical or horizontal placement of subordinate tables in the Excel file.
3. Data search and filtering
Torgsoft offers several levels of searching for information, from a simple input field to complex logical conditions.
Quick search (column filter)
Activated with Ctrl+F or the corresponding button. It allows you to quickly find data by the entered characters.
-
Search conditions. You can configure search parameters (match at the beginning, at the end, anywhere, exact match).
-
Column selection. You can specify a particular column to search in (for example, only “Product name”).
Information filters

The Information filter button lets you apply complex restrictions to one or several columns at the same time.
-
It allows logical conditions (for example, find a product with the word “jeans” in the name, but without the word “children’s”, and with material = “cotton”).
-
There is an option to display the number of rows found.
Period filter

Used to display records for a specific time period.
-
You can select any date range or use quick selection (year, quarter, month, yesterday, today).
Product filter (F12)

A specialized filter that opens a parameters window for selecting products by attributes: Product type, Manufacturer, Season, Barcode, Gender, Color, Material, and more.
4. Data sorting
Two methods are used to arrange information in tables:
-
“Data sorting methods” field. A drop-down list that allows sorting records by predefined parameters (for example, by date, number, recipient, amount).
-
Sorting by header. Clicking the header of any column in the table automatically sorts data by that column (descending and ascending).
5. Table appearance settings (Ctrl+E)

The Settings button lets you adapt the appearance of tables to individual user needs. Available options:
-
Column visibility: you can hide unnecessary columns or enable required ones.
-
Column order: you can change the sequence of columns by dragging them or using arrows in the settings.
-
Width and formatting: change width, background color, and font for each column individually.
-
Column freezing: the ability to freeze the first few columns (for example, Product name) so they stay in place when scrolling horizontally.
-
Row limit: to speed up work with large databases, you can limit the number of rows loaded.
Also, for convenience when working with large volumes of data, you can enable the Bookmarks panel, which allows you to mark specific rows and quickly navigate between them.
