Technical support is provided during business hours with an active package or contract. Specialist time is tracked based on actual support time and deducted from your balance by the minute. We assist with configuration and usage of the Torgsoft software, trading equipment, and Software Fiscal Registers within system functionality. All work is performed only with your confirmation, and remote access is automatically closed after completion. Detailed terms are always available in the public service agreement.
