How to change the language in the Torgsoft program

1. Selecting the language during program installation

Step 1. Run the installer

Find the downloaded TorgSoftSetup.exe file and run it with a double click. The installation wizard will open.

Step 2. Select the installation language

In the first window of the wizard, select the language for the installation process.

Recommendation: select Ukrainian immediately so that all subsequent steps are clear.

Click "Next" and complete the installation according to the standard scenario.

2. Changing the language in an already installed program

Important before you start

Before changing system settings, it is recommended to make a backup of the database:

Torgsoft → File → Database → Save database

Step 1. Open program parameters

In the main menu, go to:

Settings → Parameters → Service

Step 2. Find the "Program Language" block

In the parameters window, find the "Program Language" section.

Step 3. Choose the scope of the language application

Two options are available:

Step 4. Select Ukrainian language and region

In the list, select Ukrainian and region: Ukraine.

This is important because the Ukraine region activates functions necessary for business, in particular:

• accounting of tax invoices;
• working with bank statements;
• integrations with Prom.ua and Nova Poshta;
• correct reporting formats.

Step 5. Restart the program

Close the program and run it again.
The changes will not take effect without a restart.

Result

After restarting:

• the program interface will be entirely in Ukrainian;
• the menu and functions will comply with Ukrainian legislation and business processes.

Common mistakes

• Did not make a backup before changing parameters.
• Changed the language but did not restart the program — the interface did not update.
• Selected the language but not the region — some menu items may be missing.
