Fixed the issue "Unable to print the receipt."

For this document, a fiscal receipt had already been printed for sales and returns, even if the receipt had not been printed yet. Now, the fiscal receipt can be printed if it has not been printed for the respective document.

Implemented the selection of program ECR report templates with the same extension as in Torgsoft. Added a toggle in the main form settings to allow selecting or opening a template for editing for the program ECR.

Fixed the retrieval of the computer name and user for working with the program ECR and the banking terminal to eliminate the "Invalid class" error.
