201316. Fix for the “Customer Purchases Analysis” form display

Analysis → Customer Purchases Analysis

In Torgsoft, in the section «Analysis → Customer Purchases Analysis», the position and size of the form and the column widths are now saved. It is also now possible to change the width of all columns except the discount percentage.

These changes fixed an issue where it was impossible to view the result in the «Purchase Amount» column because the values did not fit within the column widths.

201549. Fix for the profitability analysis of the goods receipt

Analysis → Profitability Analysis of Goods Receipt

Fixed the error «Not enough memory to display the entire list "List of goods receipts". Use the filter to reduce the list.» when opening the form «Analysis → Profitability Analysis of Goods Receipt» on databases with a large number of receipts.

The generation of the list of goods receipts on this form has been sped up by 30 times, which also accelerated the opening of the form itself.

Fixed an issue where changing the value in the «Manufacturer» filter did not apply to the «Supply Batch» and «List of Goods Receipts» filters. At the same time, if the list data was refreshed as a result of other events, the manufacturer filter was applied.

Fixed an error where the database archive filename suggested by the program depended on the date and time format set in the operating system. This could lead to the error:

Now the date separator in the archive filename is always a dot, and the time separator is the — symbol - .

202102. Improvements to the “Point of Sale Order” form

Document → Point of Sale Order (actions «Add» or «Edit»)

1. Added saving of the form’s position and size for subsequent use.
2. Added saving of the order and width of the table columns in the form for subsequent use.
3. The form no longer opens in modal mode, allowing you to work with other parts of the program without closing it, as well as open multiple «Point of Sale Order» forms simultaneously.
4. If you reopen for editing an order that is already open and not closed, the form with the required order is activated and brought to the foreground.

Usability and multitasking: the form “remembers” the size, position, and table settings, and also allows you to open multiple point-of-sale orders and work with other parts of the program at the same time.

Fixed an issue where, even when the «Refresh on filter change» setting was disabled, changing a filter still triggered data refresh. This concerned the following forms and filters:

• Payments → Balance with Partners — debts filter, VIP clients filter, Collectors filter;
• Marketing → Customers — VIP clients filter, Modified customers filter, Card issuance flag filter, Type of responsibility filter, Subscription to mailings filter, Blocked filter, Wholesalers filter, Needs increased attention filter, Interests filter, Retail chain filter;
• Warehouse → Register of Goods Receipts — Payment status filter, Receipt status filter.

Also fixed an issue where, on the «Payments → Balance with Partners» form, with «Refresh on filter change» disabled, changing the currency filter updated the short currency name in the table columns immediately, before the data itself was refreshed.

Fixed an issue where, in the Ukrainian interface, on the «Mass Mailing Template» edit form, the label «*an alternative TurboSMS counting method is used» did not fit. The label has now been moved lower and to the left for correct display.

Fixed an issue where, when scanning a routing sheet operation, the data for this operation might not be saved to the database.

The error manifested when only the «Routing Sheet Operations» form was open during work and the operation involved material write-off during execution. If the «Finished Goods Production» form had been opened beforehand, or if the operation did not write off materials, the issue did not occur.

Fixed the excessively long generation of the «Sold Goods Report» when the setting «Show currency and purchase price of the product» was enabled.

Report generation has been accelerated by approximately 7 times.

Fixed a partial translation issue in the error message:

«No payment method has the flag "Default for payments processed via a bank terminal" set. One of the payment methods must have this flag set.»

And

«No payment method has the flag "Default for non-cash payments not processed via a bank terminal" set. One of the payment methods must have this flag set.»

These messages could appear when editing payment methods for the software ECR.

Fixed an issue where the discount amount (the amount, not the percentage) was not displayed on the product card if the «Keep prices» setting was enabled on the card (visible only when opening the card from a goods receipt).

Also, under these settings, a bug was fixed where, upon opening the card, a message that the price had changed appeared immediately.

151688. Synchronization with Prom.ua

Warehouse → Synchronization with online store → Synchronization with Prom.ua

In the import settings of synchronization with the Prom family (Synchronization object → Synchronization files tab → Import settings button), new parameters were added to the block of information to be updated:

• Update personal notes;
• Update marking code (GTIN);
• Update device number (MP);
• Update translations — responsible for updating characteristics in Ukrainian (Position name ukr, Search queries ukr, Description ukr).

In some personal accounts on the Prom website (mainly newly created ones), the import does not contain a setting for updating the name and translations. Instead, the following are used: Name (in Russian), Name (in Ukrainian), Description (in Russian), Description (in Ukrainian), Search queries (in Russian), Search queries (in Ukrainian).

Added the ability in automatic mode for Prom to update personal notes, marking code (GTIN), device number (MP), and translations.
