Torgsoft update 2022.2.0

Some improvements, but significant for the development of the beta update of Torgsoft 2022.2.0.
This update marks the conceptual compatibility with the company's new product - Web Torgsoft, which will be published later, and which entrepreneurs will be able to familiarize themselves with, install and use.

You can take your time to update to version 2022.2.0, as this version does not contain any significant changes to the operation of the cash register. Update only if the features in 2022.2.0 are critical for your business.
Before upgrading, be sure to back up your database.

Version 2022.2.0 of the Torgsoft has radical system changes:

• a new application server,
• a new mobile application Torgsoft 2.0 with extended functionality,
• Torgsoft-Hybrid 1.11.0 with a beta version of the cash register (the stable Hybrid will be available and announced later),
• Work with WebTorgSoft (description coming soon).

The usual classic update 2022.0.20 will be released soon, with a more significant number of improvements, and which will not lead to radical changes - an update of the application server and mobile application.

The Torgsoft 2022.2.0 update includes 12 improvements:
- new features according to your wishes,
- system improvements: bug fixes, program acceleration.

Banking terminal from PrivatBank: instant installments and payment by installments

We have automated the work with PrivatBank loyalty services: now you can sell fiscal goods through the Torgsoft accounting program with payment through bank terminals operating on BPOS/JSON protocols and with a choice of "Payment by installments" and "Instant installment" services.

A group of "Available services" switches has been added to the "Settings → Bank" section of the Torgsoft interface: "Instant Installment and Payment by installments.

If you activate "Payment by installments", you can set the percentage of the service commission depending on the number of payments. Tariffs for using the service can be found on the PrivatBank website or from your personal manager.

Changes were made to the editing of the merchandise of banking terminals that work via BPOS/JSON protocols. If any of the services can be used for a current account, the "Use service" switch with a list of installment payment systems will be available when paying.
For the return of goods, the list will contain only one service - "Return".

Since the seller pays the commission for using the "Payment by installments" service, a
a financial document of payment under the item "Acquiring",
an expense payment, and a financial document under the item "Fee for the "Payment by installments" service" for the amount corresponding to the percentage of the amount of goods and the number of payments. The document comment will indicate the percentage of the commission, the total amount of payment, and the number of payments. Such payments will be displayed as expenses along with acquiring.

We have updated the list of static product characteristics for Prom.ua, which will allow you to transfer all the necessary characteristics in Ukrainian to the marketplace.
We also added a tab "Characteristics of product types", where you can see the tree of product types that are transferred to Prom. If product types are associated with a synchronization section, the tree of synchronization sections will be displayed.

Some employees can be required to fill in the data or fields you need in the accounting program.

For example, when an online store manager creates an invoice for a customer, he or she may forget to select bank details for payment, since this field is not required in Torgsoft. So, for the role of this employee, you can now make filling in the bank account field mandatory.

That is, for a certain role - a group of users, optional fields can be made mandatory. So that employees do not forget to enter important data into the accounting program.

Torgsoft links payments from named customers, which means that if you delete a VIP customer's sale, the document "Compensation for payment by a VIP customer for goods against his advance payment" will also be deleted.

Fixed data entry and a number of other issues on the "Select a temporary storage box" form that prevented the selection of a temporary storage box.

Mobile application: new options in Torgsoft v.2.0

• Working with promotions: entering a promotional barcode in sales and a barcode for the "Bring a friend" promotion.
• Payroll for an employee: in the mobile application, you can view your work schedule, decoding by goods, work, and transactions, and payroll. This is convenient for remote employees - freelancers who do not want to be given access to the server.
• Financial accounting - payment with personal, non-accounting, funds: in the Financial transactions section, you can enter payments with personal money.
• Unpaid sales in the "Acceptance and issuance of orders" mode to work according to the scheme: creating an order with goods → paying for the goods at the checkout using the order number → issuing the goods to the customer with a paid check. It also allows registering a team and printing an order receipt from the mobile application.
• Selecting an employee in the customer's order to analyze who sold how much from the sellers.
• Adding a new wholesale customer in sales and in the customer's order to quickly accept orders from wholesalers.
• The assembly of the auto kit is sold - the kit is sold and assembled automatically.
• WebKassa for Kazakhstan. Printing fiscal checks, z and x reports, cash deposit and withdrawal, periodic reports by date and change from the mobile application.
