201925. Fixing file extensions for online store synchronization

Torgsoft → Synchronization with online store

Fixed an error where when creating a new synchronization object with the online store for any type (Files, Prom.ua and family, Rozetka.ua), the file name TSGoods.trs was always suggested, although:

• for Prom.ua (and family) the file extension should be xlsx,
• for Rozetka.ua — xml.

Also, when creating a new synchronization object with the online store via files, for the product file type YML, the file name is now suggested as TSGoods.yml.

201821. Adding progress bar when recalculating stock balances

When recalculating product quantities across all warehouses, a progress bar was added to evaluate how many accounting centers remain to be calculated out of the total.

Convenient process control: the progress bar allows you to see how many accounting centers have already been processed and how many remain.

201915. Total in the «Amount» column in tax invoice accounting

Document → Tax invoice accounting

In the section Document → Tax invoice accounting, for the tabs «Tax invoice» and «Consolidated tax invoice», a total was added for the «Amount» column. If the invoice has the attribute of an adjustment calculation, it is counted in the result with a minus sign.

Quick sum analysis: the total in the «Amount» column allows you to instantly evaluate the overall financial result for tax or consolidated invoices.

Fixed an error where in a non-fiscal sales receipt an incorrect company was displayed — not the one specified in the payment entry form, but the default company (the one indicated in the payment form when it was opened).

201316. Fix for the purchases analysis form

Analysis → Customer purchases analysis

In Torgsoft, in the section “Analysis → Customer purchases analysis”, saving of the form’s position and size, as well as column widths, has been added. It is now also possible to change the width of all columns except the discount percentage.

These changes fixed an issue where it was impossible to view the result in the “Total purchases” column because the values did not fit within the column width.

201549. Profitability analysis fix

Analysis → Profitability analysis of the receiving invoice

In Torgsoft, the error “Not enough memory to display the entire list ‘List of receiving invoices’. Use a filter to reduce the list.” has been fixed when opening the form “Analysis → Profitability analysis of the receiving invoice” on databases with a large number of receipts.

The generation of the list of receiving invoices on this form has been sped up by 30 times, which also accelerated the form opening.

Fixed an issue where changing the value in the “Manufacturer” filter did not apply it to the “Supply batch” and “List of receiving invoices” filters. At the same time, if the lists were refreshed as a result of other events, the manufacturer filter was applied.

Fixed an issue where the database archive file name proposed by the program depended on the date and time format set in the operating system. This could lead to the error:

Now the date separator in the archive file name is always a dot, and the time separator is the “-” symbol .

Fixed an issue where the setting “Update on filter change” was disabled on the form, but changing a filter still triggered a data refresh. This affected the following forms and filters:

• Payments → Balance with partners — Debts filter, VIP clients filter, Cash collectors filter;
• Marketing → Clients — VIP clients filter, Changed clients filter, Card issuance flag filter, Type of responsibility filter, Subscription to mailing filter, Blocked filter, Wholesalers filter, Requires increased attention filter, Interests filter, Retail chain filter;
• Warehouse → Register of receiving invoices — Payment status filter, Invoice status filter.

Also fixed an issue where, on the Payments → Balance with partners form, with “Update on filter change” disabled, changing the currency filter immediately updated the short currency name in the table columns before the data itself was refreshed.

Fixed an issue in the Ukrainian interface where, on the “Mass mailing template” edit form, the label “*an alternative TurboSMS counting method is used” did not fit. The label has been moved lower and to the left for correct display.

Fixed excessively long generation of the “Report on sold products” when the setting “Show product purchase currency and price” was enabled. Report generation was accelerated approximately 7 times.

Fixed partial translation of the error message:

“None of the payment methods has the flag ‘Default for payments processed via a bank terminal’ set. One of the payment methods must have this flag set.”

And

“None of the payment methods has the flag ‘Default for non-cash payments not processed via a bank terminal’ set. One of the payment methods must have this flag set.”

These messages could appear when editing payment methods for the software ECR.

Fixed incorrect VAT calculation in software ECR receipts when a product was subject to both VAT and excise tax. Previously, VAT was calculated from the full product cost rather than from the amount excluding excise.

On the “Export parameters” form, which opens via the “Export” action from the financial analysis article selection form, icons have been updated to match the new design. An outline has been added to the “Export” and “Cancel” buttons.

196415. Fix for displaying the discount amount

Fixed an issue where the discount amount (the amount should be displayed, not the discount percentage) was not shown in the product card if the “Keep prices” setting was enabled (available only when opening the card from goods receipt). Also fixed an issue where, with these settings, a “price changed” label appeared immediately after opening the card.
