Document templates

Due to the entry into force of the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 276 in Ukraine, entrepreneurs will have to submit tax invoices on updated forms. With the release of version 9.3.2, users will be able to use the new tax invoice templates approved by this document.

Marketing - Promotions

If the phrase "information security" is not an empty sound for you, and you have long set role restrictions for all your employees, then you will appreciate this improvement. In the program, it will be possible to view promotions of only those accounting centers that are available to this user.

Document - Order to the supplier

This revision will be useful for stores of auto, motorcycle and bicycle parts, accessories, as well as for all those whose goods have their own article / supplier code. Soon, on the "Order to supplier" form, when ordering goods, you will be able to see the internal code of the counterparty.

Product search filter

If you use dynamic (additional) characteristics of goods, you can now filter products by them and quickly find the necessary items in the program.

New feature! Discount card verification via SMS

It will allow you to avoid fraud on the part of both sellers and buyers. Many well-known retail chains use a similar customer identification system. The idea is as follows: a customer at the checkout finds that he has forgotten his discount card, announces the phone number assigned to him in this store, the seller enters it into the program and sends an SMS with a code. The buyer reads the code, and in this case, he or she is granted a discount in accordance with the terms of the loyalty program.

Wholesale price policy

Now you can add as many prices to the label template as the number of transition thresholds entered in the program. The price tag will display the quantity and the corresponding price.
