Licensing Requirements
Before setup, determine which functionality is available to you:

Basic (Free): Tracking on PC (check-in/out), access control, viewing text registration log.

Advanced (Requires "Payroll Calculation" option): Work via Mobile App, photo capture (viewing photos), automatic schedules, and payroll calculation.
Why You Need This
Security: Personal identification of the salesperson for register security.
Control: Remote monitoring of staff presence (via smartphone).
Payroll: Using the "hours worked" payment scheme.
Signs of Need
The owner does not know the exact opening time of the store.
Employees work under one common password.
In the mobile app, the employee status is incorrect or the "Employees" mode is inactive.
Errors occur during manual calculation of hours at the end of the month.
Why This Happens
The link "Program User — Employee Card" is not configured.
The license for mobile tracking is not activated.
Tracking is kept "on paper."
Action Algorithm
1. PC Configuration (Basic Stage)
These steps are mandatory for all users.

Badge Creation:
Menu Settings — Employee.
Create a card, specify the position, and generate a barcode.

Linking to Account:
In the user card, choose the method: "By badge" (scanning) or "By program usage" (automatic at login).

Registration:
Employee scans the badge via menu Settings — Work Time Registration or in the Sales window.
2. Mobile App Setup (Advanced Stage)
Available only with an active "Payroll Calculation" option.

Registration: Employee scans the badge with the smartphone camera (section "Work Day Registration").

Photo Capture: In the app access settings, enable "Take photo upon registration". Photos are saved in the database.

Monitoring: The owner, through their app in "Employees" mode, sees statuses in real-time ("Present", "Absent", "Late").
Important: For correct timesheet auto-filling and payroll calculation, you must first set up the employee's Work Schedule.
Checking the Result

Basic Log (PC):
Menu Settings — Employee — Work Start / End Log tab.
What is visible: text list of registrations (who, when, where). Available to everyone.

Log with Photos (PC):
Menu Payroll Calculation — Planning — Employee Work Log.
What is visible: photos of employees taken at check-in. Available only with the paid option.

Calculation (PC):
Menu Payroll Calculation — Payroll Statement.
Hours and amounts are pulled automatically based on the schedule (for advanced functionality).

Status (Mobile):
The employee indicator glows green ("Present"). Works only with the paid option.
Important Nuances
Remote Closing: Remember that it is impossible to close a shift for another user remotely. This is a protection against fraud.
Teams: When using team-based work, monitor registration before starting sales for correct revenue distribution.
Conclusions
Use basic tracking on PC for register security. For mobile control, photo viewing, and auto-payroll, ensure the paid option is activated and work schedules are configured.
