The Data Security: Archive in the Cloud option saves the database to Google Drive, which ensures the integrity of information in case of theft, fraud, operating system failure, hacking, or virus infection.
In the settings of the option, you can set a schedule for creating a database archive - daily, several times a week, or per month. The database is automatically archived at a certain time on Google Drive.
Technical nuances: you can send an archive of no more than 2.7-3 GB to the cloud. If the database size is larger, but does not exceed 28 GB, enable the archive compression settings in the archive task.
