Synchronization with Nova Poshta

This video shows how a business owner can set up and use the «Nova Poshta Sync» option in the Torgsoft software to process shipments without manual data entry and without switching to the carrier’s account.

You will learn what you need to get started: where to get and how to add a Nova Poshta API key, which Torgsoft licenses are required, and which additional tools are worth enabling for customer notifications (SMS/Viber) and shipment control.

Practical settings

• creating a sender profile and linking the sender to an accounting center if you have multiple stores or warehouses

• choosing the delivery type, adding address delivery, and correctly filling in addresses for different shipping scenarios

• preparing the recipients directory: how to create a customer, specify the recipient type, and store contacts for repeat shipments

The key part: creating a waybill (TTN) directly in Torgsoft during the sale process. We show how to create a TTN from an invoice or a delivery note, fill in parcel parameters (weight, volume, number of packages, declared value), choose the payment method, and set up cash on delivery. Separately — TTN printing and labeling (stickers) for fast handover of parcels to a branch or courier.
