What is needed to synchronize AlphaSMS with Torgsoft?
- A Torgsoft license «Ultra» or «Terminal»
- The additional "Mass Messaging" option
- An account with the AlphaSMS service
Capabilities of AlphaSMS and Torgsoft synchronization:
- sending SMS and Viber messages,
- event-based notifications: by invoice, payment, waybill, repair, contact, birthday, informing the consignor – sending messages to the supplier,
- the ability to add variables to the mass messaging template to automatically insert information from invoices, waybills, customer cards, ECR,
- sending electronic receipts from software ECR via SMS and Viber,
- discount card verification,
- automatic transliteration of messages to reduce distribution costs.
