How to Export Tax Invoices from Torgsoft to Art-Zvit

Exporting tax invoices from Torgsoft to the Art-Zvit accounting system is easy and quick.

Step 1: Prepare the Settings

First, check if all necessary settings are filled. Go to the menu “Settings - Company” and fill in the fields “Taxpayer Identification Number” and “Tax Inspectorate”.

Step 2: Select Invoices

Go to the menu “Document - Tax Invoice Accounting” and open the “Tax Invoice” tab. In the list, select the invoices you want to export.

Step 3: Enable Export

Activate the “Export tax invoices in state standard” option by checking the corresponding box. This will show additional parameters that need to be filled in.

Step 4: Fill in Required Parameters

Fill in all required fields, such as “Taxpayer Identification Number” and “Tax Inspectorate”. These parameters are needed for correct export to Art-Zvit.

Step 5: Save the File

Click the “Save as XML format in Ukraine standard” button. The file will be saved in the required format for Art-Zvit.

Additional Parameters

For some goods, additional parameters need to be filled in:

1. Imported goods indicator
2. Services according to the CPA
3. Agricultural producer activity code

If this applies to your product, go to the menu “Goods - Product Type”, select the product, and click “Edit”. Add the necessary parameters and save the changes.
