Virtual PBX Binotel

Binotel – a virtual telephony system that unifies multiple store phone numbers into a single network.

The purpose of Binotel is to monitor the communication of managers and salespeople, track phone sales, maintain a database of customer phone numbers, record phone conversations, log missed calls, and enable the reception of multiple incoming calls on a single number simultaneously.

To synchronize and work with Binotel in Torgsoft, the following are required:

1. A Torgsoft license «Ultra» or «Terminal».
2. An additional option «CRM».
3. A personal account in Binotel and an API key for WebSocket.

Synchronization capabilities of Binotel and Torgsoft:

• notifications in Torgsoft about incoming calls,
• support for multiple open windows of incoming and outgoing calls – conversations,
• information about the incoming call – identification of the client’s first and last name by phone number,
• quick creation of a client card in the Torgsoft database if a new client is calling,
• information about the last contact – date and details of communication with the client,
• additional client data: reminders, history and list of purchases, invoices, and waybills, list of incoming and outgoing calls,
• transition to the «Trade with Invoice Issuance» form for quick order creation, payment verification, and viewing order information during the phone conversation,
• notifications in Torgsoft about missed calls.

Synchronization with Binotel allows an entrepreneur to monitor the work of managers: analyze the number of conversations with a client, review contacts and agreements with the buyer, analyze incoming and missed calls as an indicator of employee performance.

Managers – quickly create client cards, record the essence of the conversation with the buyer, form orders during the conversation, send invoices, check payments, and monitor all incoming calls, set reminders, and call back clients at the right time.
