Synchronization of photos

Photos must be attached to the product card in the Torgsoft program.
Please note that to synchronize photos with Prom.ua, you need an open online photo catalog on the Internet. As a rule, this is a catalog on your website. If you do not have a website, you can purchase hosting from a third-party company. You can get recommendations on choosing a hosting and a catalog from the Technical Support Department.

10 tips for an online store on Prom.ua

First of all, upload documents confirming that you are a sole proprietor or a legal entity. This way Prom will mark you as a trusted seller. More trust means more purchases.
Add the domain name of your store so that the name in the address bar is "readable". In our case, it is torgsoft.prom.ua.
Before uploading goods to the site, fill in the information about the store: name, logo, what you do, current contact phone number, work schedule, store address, link to the site or social network, delivery and return terms.
Don't upload products manually — it's inefficient, tedious, and a waste of time. Start setting up synchronization by watching the video tutorial, or contact technical support to get help.
After uploading the products, set up the Product Categories. Otherwise, the product "Dress with floral ornament" may end up in the category "Garden and vegetable garden".
For product groups, set beautiful images that reflect the essence of the group. Photos on a white background look best.
If you have chosen a paid plan for Prom, remember that you can choose only one of the proposed designs for free. If you make a mistake when choosing a design, you will have to pay for the rest of the experiments.
Describe products in the product card in Torgsoft as a dynamic characteristic. This way you can add a large description and apply formatting: italicize, make a numbered list. Write and save the product description in a Google document — there is a built-in spell checker.

On Prom, you can describe the product in russian and Ukrainian. Do not use the automatic translation function, as the words and meanings may be spoiled. For example, in our case, "uchyt braka" translates as "marriage accounting" and "parish of goods" as "parish" :)
Keep real records in Torgsoft, keep the warehouse up to date in the accounting program. Then you won't have to apologize and make excuses to a customer who has just placed an order on Prom that the product is suddenly out of stock.
