Entrepreneurs appreciate marketplaces. Even if you don't have a website, your products will be sold and promoted by the marketplace instead, charging only a fee for maintenance and placement. Thousands of potential customers will see your store's products. Torgsoft synchronizes with Prom.ua, PrivatMarket and Rozetka.com.ua marketplaces

All you, as a user, need to know about the connection between Torgsoft and Rozetka is that with Torgsoft you do not have to manually create price lists for Rozetka and add products, descriptions, prices, specifications and availability to the price list every time, killing hours of your precious time.

Automating synchronization with Rozetka will require a little work, but it's worth it: you'll spend 1 hour setting up synchronization now, and then you'll save weeks of your life and time by delegating the routine to Torgsoft.

Below you will find an action plan for pairing and detailed instructions for a technical specialist who will be responsible for pairing. We tried not to miss a single detail.

You, as a business owner, need to familiarize yourself with the action plan, register on Rozetka, and be ready to answer the questions of the technical specialist about what kind of goods you will export.

How to start selling on Rozetka
To sell on Rozetka and synchronize Torgsoft with the marketplace, you need to:
1. Register as a seller on the Marketplace
2. Read the requirements of the Marketplace for working with orders
3. Inform the manager of the Outlet that you will synchronize products via the API because you have a cool product accounting program :)
4. Request access to your personal account on the Rosette
5. Prepare a price list for the Outlet:

1. Familiarization with the function "Pairing with Rozetka.com.ua"
The additional function will be a useful tool for automating product accounting in the Rozetka marketplace. The option allows you to prepare a price list (XML file) with a list of products and their characteristics in the required format for Rozetka. After preparing the price list, it can be uploaded manually or set up automatic uploading from the Torgsoft program. This will ensure that information about products and balances, their prices and characteristics are constantly updated on Rozetka.
The additional function "Pairing with Rozetka" is implemented on the basis of the function "Pairing with an online store" with the corresponding differences and additions.

2. How to sell on Rozetka
Go to rozetka.com.ua and go to the "Sell on Rozetka" section.

3. Getting to know the Rozetka Help Center
Before submitting an application and signing the agreement, please familiarize yourself with the requirements and terms of Rozetka in the Rozetka Help Center. Pay attention to the section "To the Future Seller", which contains all the information: from applying and starting work to receiving the first order from the client.

The section "For Future Sellers" contains recommendations on how to prepare before applying for partnership:

How to get an electronic digital signature (EDS) to work with electronic document management. What is required to obtain an EDS and how to use an EDS when signing an agreement with Rozetka is also described in the Help Center;
How to create a price list with prices, actual availability of goods, and regular data updates;

The section "Categories and brands of goods on Rozetka" describes which goods require additional certificates or permits for sale, and which goods and brands are prohibited from being sold on Rozetka.


4. How to register a store on Rozetka

To fill out and submit an application electronically, go to the "Sell on Rozetka" section and click on the "Fill out the application" button.


If you are using the Torgsoft program, then when filling out the application, you can put "YES" in the field "Are you ready to create/provide an XML upload in YML format".

Leave the "Link to the price list" field blank. A link to the price list in the form of an XML file will be created by Torgsoft a little later.

Why you don't have to provide a link to the XML file at the beginning
After reviewing the application, Rozetka managers will contact you to clarify the details. At the stage of agreeing on the terms of the contract, you need to inform the Rozetka manager that you plan to use the API to generate an XML file that meets Rozetka's requirements.
To work with the Rozetka API, you need a login and password to access your Personal Account. The login and password are issued by the service managers at the time of signing the cooperation agreement, after completing the preparatory procedures. Rozetka makes the decision on cooperation individually with each client.

Requesting access to the Entrepreneur's Personal Account on Rozetka
Ask the manager for the login and password to your Personal Account to create a price list using the API and provide the Rozetka manager with a link to your XML file for moderation and successful signing of the agreement.

Why is it important to get access to the Personal Account on Rozetka?
The program for the Torgsoft marketplace will help you prepare an XML file (price list) in the correct format in accordance with the requirements for the Rozetka XML file.

Using the Torgsoft mode "Rozetka Marketplace Setup Wizard", you will create the required XML file. This mode requires personal data from the Rozetka Personal Account to pull up the necessary data using the API:

all product categories that are available for the seller to place the product;
all the characteristics of these categories that need to be filled in for each product;
all available manufacturers on Rozetka.
Thus, you will save a lot of time if these parameters are pulled up automatically in Commerce. You will not have to manually search for them on the service, manually register categories, characteristics for each product and manufacturers.

If you cannot get data from the Rozetka Personal Account to create an XML file (for example, the Rozetka manager refuses for subjective reasons), you can prepare the file yourself using the Torgsoft mode "Rozetka Marketplace Setup Wizard". However, you will have to manually create categories, characteristics and manufacturers in Torgsoft in the same way as on the Rozetka.com.ua website in accordance with the requirements for the XML file.

For your store, the Rozetka manager may have requirements for the number of unique items in the price list that must be provided for moderation. The requirements for the number of unique product items are individual for each potential Rozetka seller and depend on the specifics of the store and the range of goods. And for those for whom the set number of unique items will be too large, you will need data from your Personal Account to prepare an XML file, because the number of unique items in the price list for moderation may be equal to the number of all items that will have to be published on Rozetka first.

If you have access to your Personal Account, you can get a list of available characteristics in the "Product Management" section or by downloading them through the "Rozetka Marketplace Setup Wizard" mode in Torgsoft.

If you have access to your Personal Account, you can get a list of available characteristics in the "Product Management" section If you do not have access to your Personal Account, you will have to search for characteristics among similar products on the Rozetka website.

The recommendations in this section are described based on personal experience and communication with Rozetka managers, so that you can quickly and cost-effectively prepare a price list for the Rozetka.

5. How to prepare a price list for Rozetka
How to prepare a link to the price list (XML file) :

Set up a synchronization object in the Torgsoft accounting program;
Generate an XML file with goods using the "Rozetka Marketplace Setup Wizard" mode;
Create a link to the prepared XML file and transfer it to the service manager.


5.1 Setting up a synchronization object in Torgsoft
Setting up the synchronization object is the first setting with the necessary parameters for successful connection with Rozetka.

After activating the additional function "Pairing with Rozetka", you need to

go to the "Warehouse" menu item
open "Synchronization with online store"
"Create" a new synchronization object

"General" tab
On the "Synchronization object" form, there is a "General" tab with fields that need to be partially filled in:

Name — an arbitrary name for the synchronization object that will participate only in Torgsoft. The maximum number of characters is 255.
Category — select the "Online store" option.
Synchronization through — select the "Rozetka.ua" option.
Company name — the full name of the company required for identification on Rozetka.ua. This field is not published anywhere and is optional. The maximum number of characters is 255.
Product group — a field for selecting a group of products to be exported to Rozetka. It is used to limit the list of products that will be displayed in the marketplace from the entire product range in the Torgsoft program.
The Create invoice when uploading an order, Take prices from and Use advanced mode fields are used for invoices for products.
Store name — a short name of your store for internal identification on Rozetka. It is not published anywhere and is optional. The maximum number of characters is 255.
Store URL — the url of your existing online store. The field is optional, as you may not currently have your own online store. The maximum number of characters is 255.
Username and Password fields — enter the data from the Rozetka Personal Account, which must be provided by the manager before signing or at the time of signing the agreement. If the credentials from the Rozetka Personal Account will be provided later, leave the fields blank, but you must fill them in later.
Information delivery address and Photo delivery address are required fields. Specify to which ftp-server you want to export information from Torgsoft: a price list with goods and photos of goods. It is assumed that these will be two different ftp servers. According to the requirements of Rozetka, for the price list and product photos, you need to create public links (using a web server or other means) for direct access on the Internet without prior authorization.
To add a new address, click on the "Add" button. In the "Name" field, enter an arbitrary name for the address. The name can be any, because the name is not related to the settings of the ftp server and is used only in the program for the Torgsoft marketplace. Next, enter the FTP server settings. Important: in the "FTP address" field, you must specify the address of the ftp server without characters — ftp:\\.

Link prefix for photos — a link to a catalog with photos on the Internet. For example: link prefix for a photo catalog: https: //moysite.ua/photo-catalog/rozetka/.
Note: if the catalog with photos is located on your local computer with an ftp server, then a link to the ftp server is not enough to make the product photo public. You need to set up a web server in conjunction with an ftp server to provide access to each photo via the Internet.
It is convenient to upload photos to the hosting in the directory of an existing site, access to the "Read Only" directory (755)
The Torgsoft program, thanks to the "Photo delivery address" field, generates a public link address by combining the link prefix of the product photo file name. Example: https: //moysite.ua/photo-catalog/rozetka/+krossovki-mida-36-r-chernyj.jpg
This link will be written to the price list for each product to upload photos to Rozetka. When reading data from an XML file, Rozetka will process public links to photos and upload photos to each product card on the marketplace.
The availability of public links to photos for each product is a mandatory requirement of Rozetka.

Comment — a field for recording additional information about the synchronization object. The information is not published anywhere, it is intended only for you in Torgsoft.


On the "Accounting centers" tab, check the box next to the accounting centers from which the goods will be synchronized in Rozetka. Additional fields of the "Accounting centers" tab:

Synchronize products with photos only — by default, this field is checked, because according to the requirements for designing Rozetka product cards, a product card must have at least one photo. This setting takes into account that a product that does not contain a photo in Torgsoft will not be synchronized with Rozetka.
Goods to write off from — in this field, you can select the accounting center that will be invoiced in Torgsoft when a customer orders on Rozetka. The accounting center will also serve as a source of selling prices. If synchronization occurs with several accounting centers where the prices for the goods are different, the selling price in the marketplace will be pulled from the selected accounting center in this setting.
Reserve invoice items, Offer items from other warehouses if they are not available, and Offer a choice of accounting center when generating an invoice.


On the Synchronization time tab, specify the time of automatic synchronization between the Torgsoft and Rozetka programs.
To create a new automatic synchronization task, click Add. In the "Synchronization time" window, fill in the "Computer/User name" field. This field can be filled in automatically by clicking the "Get" button. The field will contain the name of the Windows computer and user separated by the "\" separator, under which the Torgsoft program is running. In the "Time" field, specify the time of automatic synchronization. To complete the task, be sure to select the "Effective" radio button and click "Save".
Important! Automatic synchronization occurs only if you are running Torgsoft.

You can also set the synchronization period on the Synchronization time tab. When you click on the "Create synchronization interval" button, a window will appear where you also need to fill in the "Start time", "Interval" and "End time" fields and click "Save".

Important! For its part, Rozetka processes the XML file (price list) every hour. This means that the data on Rozetka cannot be updated more than once an hour. We recommend that you set the synchronization interval in the same way in Torgsoft.

After setting up the Rozetka Marketplace Setup Wizard mode, the Synchronization Files tab will display automatically generated dynamic characteristics. These values are assigned to Rozetka variables in Torgsoft according to the requirements for the xml file. Dynamic characteristics and their values will fill the XML file (price list) — TSGoods.xml, which is automatically created by the Torgsoft program.

By default, this form contains 6 fields that will be supplemented with new parameters as you fill in the characteristics of the goods. If you accidentally deleted one or more of the default records, use the "Add all fields to the synchronization file" button.
You can synchronize any available field of the product card or any dynamic characteristic with Rozetka. It is important to perform these actions in the "Rozetka Marketplace Setup Wizard" mode. To manually add a new synchronization field, click "Add". In the "Product synchronization file field" window, select "Data type" and specify the value of the "Column name" field.

If you select the "Dynamic characteristic" value in the "Data type" field, in addition to the "Column name" field, select the name of this characteristic in the "Dynamic characteristic of the product" field.


Important: When adding fields manually on the Synchronization files tab in the synchronization object settings, specify the value of the Column name field correctly. This value must be exactly the same as the name of the characteristic of the product group in Rozetka.

5.2 Creating a price list for Rozetka in Torgsoft
The "Rozetka Marketplace Setup Wizard" will help you prepare, fill in, and create an XML file. Despite the fact that the Rozetka service does not cooperate with third-party resources that offer price list preparation services, according to the information in the section Preparing a price list of goods, Torgsoft will prepare and create a price list in accordance with the requirements for the XML file.

In addition to the requirements for the structure of the XML file, which are observed in Torgsoft, the items in the price list must also meet the requirements for the design of product cards:

price and availability of goods
product name
manufacturer of the goods (vendor);
product photos;
product description;
product characteristics.
All product parameters: name, description, vendor, price, availability, characteristics, and photos must strictly match the criteria of the "Outlet". Otherwise, the XML file will not pass the verification.
Even after signing an agreement with Rozetka, approving the price list, and synchronizing with the marketplace for the first time, the product card must meet Rozetka's requirements. Otherwise, "problematic" items will be hidden on the site. Therefore, follow the requirements (except for working with XML tags, because this is taken into account in Torgsoft when creating an XML file).

Before creating a price list with the help of Torgsoft, determine the correct final categories on Rozetka in which you plan to publish products. How to do this correctly is described in the Rozetka Marketplace Help Center in the section Products — XML price list — Selecting the correct categories.

Filling in the products and creating an XML file (price list) takes place in the Rozetka Marketplace Setup Wizard in Torgsoft. To work with the "Rozetka Marketplace Setup Wizard" mode, go to the "Warehouse" menu item and select the "Synchronization with an online store" form. Click on the "Rozetka Marketplace Setup Wizard" (the icon with the Rozetka logo).


Let's get acquainted with the form "Rozetka Marketplace Setup Wizard" in more detail.

Save Rozetka database — the action is available if you have access to your Rozetka Personal Area and the "Username" and "Password" fields are filled in the settings of the synchronization object. This action saves the Rozetka database to the Torgsoft database, namely information about:

categories
characteristics (parameters) of categories;
available manufacturers of goods on the service.
The process of uploading information from Rozetka to Torgsoft is lengthy, so upload the database only after significant changes appear in Rozetka.
Re-create synchronization file fields — this action re-creates the necessary fields for uploading to Rozetka according to the filled in category characteristics. It is relevant if in the settings of the synchronization object on the "Synchronization files" tab, you manually deleted a field that is automatically created when filling out the product category characteristics.
Analyze the synchronization file — the action analyzes the price list for filling in the Name, Manufacturer, Category, Price, and Discounted price fields.
Change synchronization object settings — the action calls the Synchronization object form to change the synchronization settings.
The Work with goods tab is intended for working with types of goods; filling in the category, name, manufacturer, description, and characteristics of the exported goods.
The Synchronization file analysis tab displays errors after analyzing the price list that need to be corrected.

5.3 How to describe products for the Outlet
Step 1. Upload product photos
The availability of product photos is the first and mandatory condition to start filling in the product information for uploading to the Rozetka marketplace. According to the requirements for product photos, the product card must contain at least one photo, up to a maximum of 15.

Step 2. Setting up product types
The workspace of the setup wizard is "Product types involved in synchronization".
Determine which types of products in Torgsoft will participate in synchronization with Rozetka. If necessary, rebuild the tree of product types in the program so that one product type corresponds to one final category in the marketplace.
Please note: if the products are already synchronized with your online store, then changing the product types will affect the display of products in the online store.

Step 3. Select and configure the Product Group
In the settings of the synchronization object, select the Product group whose products you want to unload. If you need to export absolutely all products from Torgsoft, do not select the Product group.

To create a Product group for Rozetka, use only the following tabs:

The "Product type" tab — to include the selected product type in the group;
The "Plus goods (services)" tab is used only to prohibit some goods that do not need to be exported to Rozetka, but belong to the type of product you have selected.
Nuance: the tabs "Manufacturer", "Season", "Supplier", and "Plus goods (services)" for including goods that do not belong to the selected product type will not affect the product group for the Rozetka marketplace.
In our example, the product group that we export to the marketplace is the "Commercial equipment" product type.

Step 4. Linking categories to Rozetka
Next, each type of product needs to be linked to the final category on Rozetka. There are two ways to do this: "Link a product type to a Rozetka product category" or "Link a product type and all subordinate product types to a Rozetka product category".

If you don't have access to the Rozetka Personal Account
Without access to the Rozetka API, a window with an empty Rozetka category directory will appear after selecting a product type (with or without subordinate subtypes) and clicking on one of the category linking buttons. In this window, you can manually create a category directory. But we recommend creating the final categories right away. To do this, click "Add", fill in the "Name" and "ID" fields, and click "Save". After creating a category manually, you need to select it and confirm its binding to the product type.

Important! For correct export of goods to Rozetka, the category name and ID must be identical to the category name and ID on Rozetka. The correct category names and IDs are described in the section "Selecting the right categories" on the Rozetka website.

After accessing the API and clicking "Save Rozetka database" on the main form of the setup wizard, the manually created categories will be automatically changed to the Rozetka categories, if they exist.

If you have access to the Rozetka Personal Account
If you have access to the API and have successfully performed the "Save Rozetka database" action, the Rozetka category directory will appear in the Torgsoft. All you have to do is select the final category "Rozetka" in which the product will be published.


After linking each Rozetka category to each type of product in Torgsoft, you will get the following:

If you made a mistake and linked an incorrect category, use one of two actions: "Unlink the product type from the Rozetka product category" or "Unlink the product type and all subordinate product types from the Rozetka product category". After that, link the correct category.

Step 5. Bulk selection of the Product Manufacturer
Products of a certain type of product, its subtypes can be massively assigned to a common Manufacturer using the actions "Set the manufacturer for all products of the product type" or "Set the manufacturer for all products of the product type including subordinate product types".
If you have access to the API and the "Save Rozetka database" action is successfully performed, the Manufacturer field will be automatically filled with the existing Manufacturer from the "Rozetka".

Step 6. Filling in information about products for Rozetka
After linking each type of product to a category on Rozetka, proceed to filling in the product data in the "Products that participate in synchronization" form.

Fields in the form "Products that participate in synchronization":

"Product" — the name of the product in the Torgsoft program (the field is not editable).
"Barcode" — a unique barcode in the Torgsoft program (the field is not editable).
"Name" — the name of the product that will be exported to Rozetka. The name must meet the requirements for the product name of the marketplace. Required field, filled in for each product separately. Recommendation: find the same product on Rozetka and name your product the same or close to the content and configuration of the name.
"Category" — the field is automatically filled in after linking the type of product of the Torgsoft program to the product category "Sockets". It is filled in only if the product was present in the form at the time of linking the product type and the marketplace category. The "Products involved in synchronization" form may not contain any information if the synchronization object was configured incorrectly, or the product does not contain a photo in the product card of the Torgsoft product.
"Manufacturer" — the manufacturer of the product that will be exported to Rozetka. The manufacturer must meet the requirements for manufacturers of the Rozetka product (vendor). Required field, filled in for each product individually or in bulk (Step 5). The manufacturer of the product must be identical in both the "Manufacturer" and "Name" fields.
"Price" — the price of the product in the Torgsoft program, which will be uploaded to the marketplace.
"Discounted price" — the price of the product with a discount in the Torgsoft program, which will be uploaded to Rozetka if it is lower than the value of the "Price" field.


Important: after adding new products to the "Products that participate in synchronization" tab, for example, after posting a new product, you need to re-associate the type of product with the category so that the category value is filled in the new products.
You can also do this in the "Products that participate in synchronization" form:

Search for a product among the entire list using different search conditions.
Update the information in the table, for example, if you changed something in the product card.
Customize the display of columns in the table.
Remove a product from the product list so that it is not uploaded to Rozetka. Thus, the product will be included in the product group exceptions and will no longer be transferred to the marketplace. This can be done by right-clicking on the desired product and selecting the action from the context menu.
Open the product card to change the product parameters.
Step 7. Filling in additional product characteristics for the marketplace
The working area of the setup wizard is "Category parameters".
This form is designed to fill in the distinctive properties and features of the product for export.

If you have access to the API, after associating the product type with the Rozetka category, the "Category parameters" table will be automatically filled with all available characteristics of the "Sockets" category. Automatic filling will only occur if there are products in the "Products that participate in synchronization" form.
An incomplete example of the list of characteristics of the "Label printers" category on Rozetka, which were automatically pulled into the Torgsoft program using the API:

When you hover the mouse cursor over the "question mark" on the right side, a hint will appear on how to fill in the desired category parameter.
Without access to the API, the Category Parameters table will be empty and you will have to fill in all the names of the characteristics manually, after searching for the parameters in one or more products on the "Outlet" in the corresponding category.

Step 8. Working with basic product characteristics for the "Rozetka"
Rozetka has basic characteristics that are used in the product search filter. If you do not fill in the basic characteristics of the product, the user will not find your product on Rozetka when searching using filters.

If you have access to the API, the basic characteristics in the "Category parameters" table are highlighted in red.
Without access to the API, you will have to find the basic characteristics yourself in the marketplace, create them yourself in the Category Parameters form, and fill in the values.

To create a basic characteristic parameter without access to the API in the Category parameters form, you need to do one of two things:

"Create and/or define a parameter for all products of the specified product type".
"Create and (or) define a parameter for all products of the specified type and all subordinate types of products"

The name of the category parameter must be identical to the name of the existing characteristic on Rozetka. The characteristics you create in Torgsoft will be linked to the existing ones on Rozetka. If there is no product characteristic on Rozetka, you need to add it to the text description of the product. You cannot create your own unique characteristic on Rozetka if it is not provided on the service.

Step 9. Filling in the same characteristics for all products in a category
Product characteristics can be repeated. If you need to fill in the same value for the characteristics of all products in a category, then with and without access to the API, use the following actions in the "Category parameters" area.

Without access to the API, one of the two actions "Create and (or) define a parameter for all products of the specified product type" or "Create and (or) define a parameter for all products of the specified type and all subordinate product types" can simultaneously create a parameter and immediately define a parameter for all products of the selected type on the "Rozetka marketplace category parameters" form.

If you need to delete a category and its values, the action "Delete category parameter and all information" will help.
If you need to fill in the parameters for each product separately, select the product in the "Products that participate in synchronization" table and fill in the characteristic values in the corresponding field of the "Category parameters" table.

Important! Dynamic product characteristics are used to store product characteristics. We strongly recommend that you do not edit or delete these dynamic parameters directly from the product card or from the product type card, because any changes to these characteristics will affect the information in the price list, which in turn may affect the success of synchronization with the marketplace.

Step 10. Product description
The working area of the setup wizard is the Product description.
After filling in the characteristics, the only thing left to fill in for each product is its description in accordance with the requirements for product description. In the Product description area, standard components for editing HTML text are available.

Important! After each change you make in the Product description field, click Save.

Step 11. Analyze the synchronization file
After you have filled in all the parameters, fields, and necessary information about the product in Torgsoft for Rozetka, you need to "Analyze the synchronization file".

The Torgsoft program will open the "Analyze synchronization file" tab, analyze the price list and notify you if:

The "Name" field is not filled in for the goods in the "Goods participating in the synchronization" table.
The "Manufacturer" field is not filled in for the items in the "Items that participate in synchronization" table.
The value of the "Manufacturer" field does not participate in the value of the "Name" field.
The type of product for synchronization is not associated with any final category on Rozetka.
The value of the "Price" field is 0.00 UAH.
The value of the "Discounted price" field is greater than the value of the "Item price" field.

If you have any comments, you must correct them in order for the XML file to be moderated. From the "Synchronization file analysis" form, you can immediately "go to the product" with the comments and correct the errors.

If all the information is filled in the "Rozetka Marketplace Setup Wizard" and the "Synchronization File Analysis" does not contain any errors, proceed to upload the XML file (price list) to the FTP server, create a public link and transfer the data to the Rozetka manager for file moderation.

5.4. Creating a link to the price list for Rozetka
To transfer a link to an XML file, you need to upload it to the FTP server that you specified in the settings of the synchronization object. Photos of all the products included in the price list will be uploaded to the FTP server.
First, export the data manually in the Synchronization with an online store form in Torgsoft. It is advisable to perform automatic synchronization after the manager has a link to the XML file and the price list has been successfully moderated on the "Rosette".

To synchronize manually, go to the "Synchronization with an online store" form in Torgsoft and click "Mark all photos". This action will mark all product photos for export with the price list. After that, click "Synchronize".

The "Synchronize" action exports all product photos and the price list to the specified FTP server. Please note that the list of products on the Synchronize products tab may differ from the one that will be exported to Rozetka. This may be due to the fact that in the setup wizard, only products with photos are available and there are no products added to the product group through the "Plus products and services" tab.
The Synchronization log tab displays data about the successful synchronization.

After successful data export, check the access to the XML file by the link. To do this, the information with the goods from the file should be displayed in the browser at the link https: //my site.ua/catalog/rozetka/TSGoods.xml.

Before you send the link to the price list to the manager for moderation, validate the XML file using a special tool in the Rozetka marketplace. After receiving information about the successful validation, call the Rozetka manager and provide a link to your price list.

The logical conclusion of this process will be the signing of the contract by Rozetka and the start of sales on the marketplace.

6. Adding and selling goods on Rozetka
After signing the contract with Rozetka, you may need to add new products or update the parameters of existing products on Rozetka. Do all this using the Rozetka Marketplace Setup Wizard mode.

Review the requirements for adding new products and the requirements for updating existing products before adding or updating products in the price list.

We have read the requirements and can highlight the following:
Rozetka synchronizes with your price list once per hour.
After making changes to the price list, it is advisable to validate the XML file again with a special Rozetka tool.
Only the price and availability of goods are automatically updated on the website.
Notify your personal manager about adding new products or updating product information through the "Ask us a question" feedback form in your personal account or by e-mail to the manager. You do not need to report price changes and product availability.
Torgsoft automatically updates the TSGoods.xml price list file with information about prices and availability of goods on the FTP server. To do this, do not forget to configure the "Synchronization time" in Torgsoft in the synchronization object. Manual synchronization is required only when you export the price list for the first time and when you change its content: add and update products.
Please note that the link address to the XML file should not be changed. This is described in the requirements for the XML file. If the address or directory of the file has changed, provide the Rozetka manager with the new data.

Rozetka is responsible for the compliance of sellers and their products on its website. Therefore, before starting cooperation, familiarize yourself with the requirements for working with orders and delivery of Rozetka goods:

work with product orders;
work with customers;
work with delivery methods;
work with payment methods.
Work with orders and customers not only in Rozetka, but also in Torgsoft to maintain the current availability of goods in the program and, accordingly, in Rozetka. To manually work with orders from Rozetka in Torgsoft, use the "Trade with invoice" mode. Automation of work with orders using the API will appear in future versions of Torgsoft.
The additional function "Pairing with Nova Poshta" and "Pairing with Ukrposhta" will help to automate work with delivery services. In Torgsoft, in the "Trade with invoice" mode, generate and print waybills for issued invoices, track the status of the parcel, and send the waybill number to the customer using the "Bulk SMS and e-mail" function.

7. Restrictions and requirements for working with the additional function "Pairing with Rozetka.ua"
The following points can be attributed to the limitations:

Only products with photos are synchronized.
Services are not synchronized.
Work with stores that sell auto parts is not supported.

The requirements from the side of Torgsoft include only the presence of SQL Server 2008 and higher, on which the Torgsoft database will run with the established level of compatibility in the database properties in SQL Server 100 and higher.
