**Manual synchronization is required only for the first price-list export and when its content changes: when products are added or updated.

After an order is placed on Rozetka, in Torgsoft’s “Sales with invoicing” mode, you can:

create an invoice;
reserve the product;
prepare a sales invoice;
print a receipt;
create a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta consignment note;
send the order status back to Rozetka.

Manage orders and customers not only on Rozetka, but also in Torgsoft to maintain accurate product availability in the software and, accordingly, on Rozetka.

What is important to know before connecting

Rozetka synchronization does not replace marketplace rules and does not cancel product-card requirements. Names, descriptions, specifications, categories, photos, and prices must comply with Rozetka requirements.

Torgsoft helps prepare data and transfer stock balances, prices, and orders, but the correctness of catalog content depends on the quality of your product data and exchange settings.

Important to understand. Marketplace integration is not a “turn it on and forget it” button. Rozetka has its own rules, specification requirements, and API changes.

Synchronization reduces the risk of selling a product that is no longer in stock or in the store.

If a product is sold in the offline store, the stock balance in Torgsoft changes.
During the exchange, the current quantity is sent to Rozetka.
The customer sees more accurate availability, and the manager does not need to manually compare stock balances across multiple systems.

No, you do not need to create an XML price list from scratch manually. Torgsoft helps generate the XML file for Rozetka based on the product data in the program.

You fill in product cards in Torgsoft: name, description, photos, specifications, categories, and prices.
The program generates a file for transfer to the marketplace.
Before uploading, you must check whether the data meets Rozetka requirements.
