What is Turbosms?

Turbosms — is a messaging service for sending SMS and Viber messages. Turbosms officially cooperates with mobile operators and Viber, allowing safe mass messaging.

Integration of Torgsoft with Turbosms automates message sending

• Send messages to customers directly from the Torgsoft software without switching to a mobile phone or other devices.
• The Torgsoft software automatically exports phone numbers from the client database to Turbosms and corrects them so that messages are sent regardless of how the number was originally entered: 0503025..., +38050 30 25..., 050-30-25.
• The software manages the client database and can congratulate clients on their birthdays, personalize messages by adding the client's name, order number, bonus amount, etc.
• Set desired parameters, and Torgsoft will send messages to groups of clients based on age, gender, VIP status, and more.
• Schedule the time and date of distribution and be sure that customers will receive holiday greetings, information about promotions, or sales on time.
• The software reports whether the message was successfully delivered and stores the entire distribution history, which can be viewed at any time.
• Verify customers' discount cards via SMS.
• Torgsoft tracks sales statistics, allowing you to analyze the effectiveness of distributions by accounting centers and draw conclusions on how distributions affect the number of customer purchases, revenue, etc.
• You can create an unlimited number of message templates in Torgsoft. Messages will be signed with the company name you specify during registration in Turbosms.

What is needed to automate mass messaging?

1. Install the Torgsoft Ultra or Terminal software
2. Activate the additional "Mass Messaging" option, free for the demo version
3. Sign a contract with the Turbosms messaging service:
   Register with Turbosms ⟶ create a gateway in your Turbosms account ⟶ enter the login and password from the created gateway in the Torgsoft software.
4. Create a message template in the Torgsoft software: enter the text to be sent to customers. The software will send this text to the Turbosms website.
