What data can be loaded into the program?

Cell format is text. The document should be saved in *.xls format (Excel 97-2003).

If the product name includes a description, product type, color, and material and is located in one cell, you should split it into different cells for the program to correctly import the information into the required fields.

  • Bulky items: Items like furniture usually don't have a barcode on each unit. They are identified and sold using information from the catalog or the label on the display model.
  • Products with size ranges: Clothing or footwear have separate barcodes for each size and color. This allows for accurate tracking and quick retrieval of the required item. Torgsoft creates unique barcodes for each size.
