In the Torgsoft accounting program, you can create a separate user for each employee. An employee is assigned to a user so that he or she works in the program under his or her label.

To assign an employee to a user

In the «Settings» — «Employees» menu, select the required employee card, click «Edit» and in the «Registration name when entering the program» field, select the name of the previously created user from the list, click «Write».

The employee launches the Torgsoft program under the corresponding user label, scans his badge and works.
