Throughout 2018, we worked hard to improve our product, listened to your wishes, implemented and implemented ideas. We are pleased to present you an updated version of the program for warehouse accounting Torgsoft.
Version 2019.0 will please you with useful improvements and new features of Torgsoft.

1. Synchronization with the Prom.ua service*.
One of the most anticipated innovations! By popular demand, now Torgsoft can synchronize not only with the online store, but with the entire trading platform. With this option, you can:

upload and synchronize the list of goods
receive and process orders directly from Prom.ua
automatically create invoices
* This function is available if you have the additional option "Synchronization with an online store".

2. Changes have been made to the additional option "Synchronization with Nova Poshta"
We have taken into account your wishes and added the accounting of expenses on the invoice if the sender pays for the delivery of Nova Poshta.

3. Changed the algorithm of the "Repair and warranty service" mode
Now all actions with materials, services, and repair operations, as well as settlements with customers, are implemented through Trade with invoice issuance. Now the repair profit is reflected in the financial results of the period.

4. Improved additional option "Calculation of salaries of sellers + System of motivation, penalties and incentives"

creation of an unlimited number of sales plans with different characteristics for different product groups is allowed
added the ability to depend on any type of salary on the implementation of the sales plan
added the ability to automatically bonus for the implementation of the sales plan
added the ability to create separate payment statements for each outlet and for groups of outlets
for an employee, the ability to view the actual time worked and a report on the goods whose sale affected his salary has been added
5. Added a new option "Visitor accounting", which allows you to collect data from the device "Visitor counter TK-01"
Finally, accounting for store attendance will become an elementary task!
With the help of TradeSoft and the "Visitor accounting" function, you will be able to find out and evaluate

6. Export of information about products to the online store as part of the additional option "Synchronization with the online store"
Export in YML format is available. It is useful for those who sell in an online store, on various trading platforms (such as PrivatMarket, Prom.ua, etc.). Most services require a single format for providing information, namely YML.
It also became possible to upload any dynamic characteristic. This will allow you to upload a variety of product parameters you need to your online store.

7. Connection with the "Faine Misto" service
"Faine Misto" is a large discount network in Ukraine, which saves the user from the need to carry a lot of discount cards.
For Torgsoft users who work with the service, it is now possible to automatically generate a customer card when using the "Faine Misto" discount card for the first time. This will allow you to quickly expand your customer base without manually entering data into the program.

8. Transferring money to the customer's discount card in the form of bonuses
Added the ability to transfer the amount of change from sales to the customer's discount card in the form of bonuses, with the possibility of further use.

9. Pairing with the Binotel IP telephony service as part of the additional option "CRM. Interaction with customers".
Binotel is a virtual PBX that unites the company's internal, landline and mobile numbers into a single network, provides ready-made reports on the work of employees with call recording, information about calls, allows you to keep track of customers and much more.
In Torgsoft, when a call is received via the Binotel IP telephony service, a window with information about the client will automatically open.
This will allow you to:

quickly process calls from customers
receive information about all contacts with the client
receive data on customer purchases
quickly access invoices and the list of payments
10. Expanded functionality of the "Excise tax declaration" option
Now the option allows you to:

view the list of excisable goods sold in the specified period
export the report to XML files for direct transmission to the tax office or for further uploading to a third-party tax reporting program.
11. The "User Access Settings Wizard" was developed.
With this functionality, an individual user can quickly and conveniently set up access to the warehouse status, accounting centers, cash desks, types of goods, current accounts, financial transaction analysis items, customers by region, and balance with partners.

12. In the additional option "Connecting a fiscal registrar", printing of fiscal receipts and reports via WebKassa (for Kazakhstan) is implemented
WebKassa is an online cash register that replaces the classic fiscal registrar. It provides real-time transfer of fiscal receipt data to the fiscal data operator's server, while printing a receipt can be done through a regular printer.

13. One mobile application for all devices
The mobile version of Torgsoft for Android and IOS now has the same interface and functionality.
