There are many free useful functions that are included in the basic delivery of the program. New additional options have been developed and the old ones have been improved. Here is a brief overview:

Free new features that are included in the basic delivery of the program:

Receiving goods has become even faster and easier

Because now you don't have to enter retail prices immediately when posting goods. This means that you can entrust the entry and description of the goods to the seller, and set the prices yourself later. You can also start entering goods into the sales invoice even if you don't know the prices for them yet.

Change prices in bulk

This option is available for those who use several price categories for different types of customers - that is, use the "Regional price list" mode. For example: wholesale, small wholesale, and retail. Or, for example, "preferential price for pensioners" and "regular price". Now you can automatically raise/lower the price of selected products in bulk. The price can be changed both in % and in monetary terms.

Change customer discounts in bulk

Now you can change discount card parameters for all selected customers at once. If you decide to change the terms of your loyalty program in your store, it is now easier and faster to transfer customers to another discount by changing the Discount Type and Discount Card Type.

Product analogs and their search in the warehouse

Now you can specify its analogs in the program for a product, and search for analogs in the warehouse state. This makes it possible to offer the customer a similar product if the required one is currently out of stock.

Find out about the availability of sizes by barcode

Allows the seller to see the availability of sizes of this model both in his store and in all warehouses of the retail network by barcode.

Commodity and cash accounting with intermediaries and dealers

For those who trade with the involvement of intermediaries, it is very convenient to see the picture for each dealer. What, when, to whom, and for how much they sold, how much money they were paid. Record contacts and agreements with a partner. Debts and settlements with intermediaries. All in one place. You can also create and send a report to the intermediary for reconciliation. You can also give an individual discount or % of remuneration for each dealer.

For those who trade with an invoice

For everyone who uses the Trade with invoice mode, you can now set the Date and Terms of delivery. You can scan promotional barcodes (or enter the codes manually) and pay with bonuses for sales made through invoicing. And in the invoice itself and the invoice upon payment, you can display the amount of bonuses. This will be useful for online stores and those who sell by bank transfer.

For online stores

Now, when using the Synchronization with an online store option, you can "send" additional product characteristics from the program to the site: packaging, package size, number of pieces in a box, age.

The goods ordered through the online store in the program can be put on reserve - automatically or manually, depending on how you set it up. Orders received by the program from the online store now include the order number and delivery terms. The program allows you to organize orders by delivery location, carrier, date and time, and other conditions.

"Refer a friend" promotion

The "Refer a friend" option is a two-level system for attracting friends of your customers. This mode allows you to generate unique promotional codes (a numeric code + barcode). With their help, the customer-friend who uses the promo code receives a discount, and the customer for whom the issue of these promo codes is registered receives the set bonus. A special Bonus Flow Analysis shows all bonus accruals and cashing out.

Mobile application for Android

Allows entrepreneurs to see sales and the state of finances at the cash desk using a tablet or smartphone. Displays the Product report on goods sold, returns, and discounts for any day. Accounting for weights and measures

Additional options have been improved:
