Accounting for goods on the road (Warehouse - Goods in transit)

There is a new feature in the Warehouse menu. Employees of each accounting center will now be able to view what goods are on their way. Goods can be grouped by sender, delivery date, view their list.

Launch the program - Initial setup window.

After the release of the update, everyone who downloaded the demo version will be able to download the waybill with examples of goods. This will allow you to work in the program with real goods and learn it faster.

Ordering a customer for a product

From time to time there are situations when it is necessary to return the prepayment on the customer's order. In the updated Torgsoft® it is possible to return the prepayment in the form in which it was paid: in cash or by bank transfer.

Trading with an invoice

Added the Invoice Number, Invoice Date and Beneficiary columns. This provides additional control over the correctness of payment binding to the bill.

It is also now possible to print a check when trading with a statement of account. A receipt can be printed after an invoice has been created, after an invoice has been paid, or after a prepayment has been paid.

Changes in the additional options of Torgsoft®

Accounting by serial number

In the dialog box when you enter the field to enter a serial number, the input language automatically changes to English, on exit - the current language is returned, which was set before entering this field. This is done so that the user does not have to switch the language manually.

The warranty card will now show the product's barcode, which is convenient for returning products with a serial number.

Synchronization with the online store

In the new version of the product control software, deletion of outdated photos from the online store will be performed not separately (before deletion of one photo had to open a separate connection with an FTP server), but all together.

Mobile application Torgsoft® for Android

The mobile application will have an Internal movement mode, which allows you to quickly and easily move products between accounting centers from your mobile device.
