Implementation

Also on the Sales form we added the option "Open second realization". Filter by item
If you enter an additional barcode into the system, this add-on is for you. For the convenience of users added filter to search for products by an additional bar code, which was specified in the product card.

Check Template
We have finalized the check template, where you can enter a footnote *** for the goods on the list of goods forbidden for refund and make an explanation at the bottom of the check: "Attention! This product cannot be exchanged or returned".

VAT
Now you can separate items for which VAT is charged and the cost of which is indicated without this tax. This is possible thanks to the option "Include VAT as goods when printing the tax invoice".

In addition, on the form "Tax invoices accounting" added the possibility to export the documents "Adjusting tax invoices" (Dodatok 2) in MEDok.

Formation of order for the supplier
For a more effective use of the formation of orders to the supplier added a column Size, which should greatly facilitate the user to work with this mode.

Trading with billing
If you want to save time and quickly add items from stock (multi-line selection) to the quote and invoice using the Ctrl + Q key combination.

Current invoice.
Now the acquiring percentage in the case of return of goods is returned automatically. When the customer returns the goods and returns the money from the current account, the acquiring amount proportional to the money returned to the customer is credited to the current account. That is, the bank returns the acquiring previously charged for the service, if the client returns the goods.

Balance with partners
In Torgsoft® 9.1.3 you will be able to hide inactive counterparties. Customers with whom work is terminated are hidden through the Settings - Counterparty, but do not disappear from the Balance with partners. This is convenient, because there is no confusion when selecting and viewing, and only active counterparties are displayed.

The Balance column for mutual settlements with a counterparty was added to the Balance Sheet.

Kitting
Added a new type of kit - Kit with automatic assembly on sale. When selling such a kit, if there is not enough of it in stock, it is automatically assembled in the required quantity. This takes into account the settings for minus sales. If selling in minus is prohibited and the goods of the kit are not enough to assemble the kit, the kitting will not be performed.

Warehouse
In order to open the Warehouse - Warehouse Status F1 more quickly, a method of recalculating the status has been developed. Warehouse state is now calculated not every time you log in, but when needed.

Goods allocation
Added the ability to export information to Excel and HTML - this will speed up the receipt of goods at the accounting center.

Inventory sheet
Added a goods display window for clearer identification of goods when working with them. It is now much easier to navigate amongst the goods when conducting an inventory.

Revaluation Report
Additional search fields have been added to make it easier for users to search for goods: product name, article code and bar code.

Promotion
For users' convenience we added the ability to print promotional tags with the end date of the action right from the creation mode: "Action" - "Goods in Action".

Discounts
Added the option "Discount is available without limits for one day after the first use" to the "Using a Birthday Discount". This allows the discount to be valid for the entire day after the first use of the discount. This will allow a customer to make several purchases (sales) on his/her Birthday.

Bulk mailing
The Bulk mailing analysis tab was added to the Bulk mailing work form.

Quantitative analysis of sales
Added the filter "By whom an item was sold in Quantitative Analysis of Sales". It is convenient for determining how many units of each particular group of products were sold by each employee separately. It is also used for determining the efficiency of work and motivation of an employee.

Sales Intensity Analysis
There is a developed analysis of sales intensity which shows in the form of a diagram the number of receipts, the quantity of goods, the sum of sales for the stated period. Period can be grouped by hours, days, days of week, week, month, quarter, year.

Synchronization with the online store
Added the Search customer by phone number switch on the edit form - synchronization object for the online store. When processing an order file from the "Order Remote Customer" mode, you can now find the customer by phone number. For a successful search, the phone number is converted to the international format. If phone number is found, the order is attached to this client. If not, the customer is searched by name.

Goods Hire
New features added to the accounting of items for rent:

Reducing the amount of the deposit by the rental value - this is used to ensure that the full value of the item is paid (rental amount + deposit) at the time the item is in rental. Since the amount of the deposit must be different if the rental value is different, the full value of the item is taken as the reference amount of the deposit.
Payment of the rental: at creation (if the store needs financial confirmation to guarantee the reservation) or at the moment of commencement of the rental.
