Now you can "attach" all available unlinked payments to the receipt invoices. You can attach both one and several payments to one document.

In addition, when making a prepayment on an invoice, it will be possible to print a fiscal receipt.

Receipt of goods

If your store frequently receives deliveries from specific suppliers, you can copy all the data about the partner and the terms of delivery to subsequent delivery notes. This saves time on entering the same information into the program.

Return of goods

In case of a return under several invoices, the employee will be able to write a comment. In addition, you will be able to determine from which supplier's invoice the goods were returned.

Inventory

In the Inventory Statement, you can track which types of goods have recently been re-accounted for so as not to waste time on counting items. To do this, you specify the desired period, and the goods that were checked at that time are highlighted in a different color. This revision is suitable for those stores where the re-count is "floating" (today we count all tobacco products, tomorrow - teas, the day after tomorrow - snacks).

Dynamic product characteristics

It will be possible to add such characteristics to the Price list with photos and the Price list by product type.

Additional customer contacts

The column "Delivery address" will be added - now you and your employees, if necessary, will be able to immediately determine to which e-mail or phone number the message was sent.

Cashier's checkout

In the new version, it will be possible to check the cash register by banknotes: the employee will be able to specify the denomination and number of such banknotes. This is important for controlling and checking personnel.

Additional options
Improvements have been made to the modes of Finished goods production, Collecting goods in a box for seasonal storage, Torgsoft® Mobile application, and Accounting by serial numbers. A few small changes have been added to the first two, and I would like to dwell on the latter in more detail.

The Torgsoft® mobile application

- Mobile application now allows you to rotate the screen.

- In the Inventory mode, it is now possible to manually enter the quantity of goods. Access to it is regulated by user rights. This feature is disabled by default, but you can activate it yourself in the role settings.

- In the Period Analysis mode, you will be able to view not only the amount of expenses, but also their list with a description of the details (basis, accounting center, date and time, recipient, etc.).

Accounting by serial numbers

- A new type of accounting by serial numbers will be available. Previously, in many modes and forms, the program required you to enter a serial number, but now you can use it only for sales.

- In addition, in the new version, you can create your own warranty card template for each type of product. Thus, if you sell several different units at once, you will be able to print a different warranty card for each one.

- Also, a similar feature will be added to the existing search by serial numbers in the Sales mode, which applies to all important forms and modes.
