Why this is important:
The State Tax Service now receives information about the time zone set on your computer. If the time zone is set incorrectly, it may cause problems with the recording of RP operations.

This may be indicated by an error that occurs:

Server error on RP 012345678:
Error code: 11 InvalidQueryParameter
Command execution timeout exceeded. Command received at: 11/19/2024 3:25:09 PM

Proceed with payment?

To avoid errors, check and set the correct time zone.

How to check the current time zone:

1. Click Start.

2. In the search field, type timedate.cpl and press Enter.
   This will open the Date and Time settings.

3. Check if the correct time zone is set:
   (UTC+02:00) Helsinki, Kyiv, Riga, Sofia, Tallinn, Vilnius.

How to change the time zone:

For users with standard rights:

1. In the Date and Time window, click Change time zone.

2. Select (UTC+02:00) Helsinki, Kyiv, Riga, Sofia, Tallinn, Vilnius from the list and click OK.

For servers or accounts with restricted rights:

1. Run the Command Prompt with administrator rights:

• Click Start, type cmd, right-click on the found result, and select Run as administrator.

Execute the command:

tzutil /s "FLE Standard Time"

2. Check if the changes were applied: repeat the timedate.cpl command and check the time zone.

What to do if you cannot change the time zone:

• Contact your system administrator if you do not have access to change the settings.
