Ako si rezervovať produkt v Torgsoft?

When issuing an invoice for payment, you can reserve an item so that nobody accidentally buys the same product while the customer is paying or prepaying. Also, the function of booking an item is used when a customer wants to order an out-of-stock item and receive it as soon as it appears in the warehouse.

How to reserve a product in Torgsoft?

• In the Torgsoft accounting program, go to the «Document» menu → «Trade with invoice» → «Create a new document» → specify the name of the client for whom you want to create an invoice and reserve the goods in the «Recipient» field → click «Record».

• In the «Warehouse State», select the item → click «Reservation of goods» and specify the date up to which the item is reserved → fix the reservation with the «Reserve» button.

The program marks the available goods in the list of booked items as «Reserve», and not in stock — as «Goods awaiting reservation». However, all reserved goods are displayed in the invoice for payment, regardless of their availability in the warehouse. The Torgsoft program synchronizes information about the order of goods with the stock balances. 

You can check which items are currently reserved in the «Reserve» menu — «All items». Set the period you want to view, and the program will show you which product, when and for how much is booked.
