How often is the cost of goods recalculated?

Every day, Torgsoft automatically recalculates the cost of goods in the user's store. But the program also has the ability to run the recalculation manually.

When is this necessary?

— For example, when information about revenue for the same period in different reports does not match. There are various reasons for this situation, such as an employee deleting a document or entering it retroactively, etc.

To recalculate the cost price

⌚ For the current period. Go to the selected form, for example, Warehouse ⟶ Warehouse status menu. Highlight the item and click «Recalculate cost price for selected items», or «Recalculate cost price for all items» if you want to recalculate for all items at once.
⌚ For any other period. Make a recalculation in the menu «Analysis» — «Period».

If the computers at the enterprise are connected to a local network, it is enough to calculate the cost of goods on only one of them, as the Torgsoft program will transfer this information to all other computers in the local network.

If the analysis is carried out not in one store, but in the entire retail network, then the cost price recalculation should be carried out on the central computer that stores all warehouse documents.
