Ako nakonfigurovať synchronizáciu internetového obchodu s Torgsoftom?

More and more entrepreneurs are doing business both offline and online. Therefore, usually one owner has at least 2 accounting centers, and sometimes even more. To avoid filling in information for all stores separately, synchronize the Torgsoft accounting program with your online stores and manage all accounting centers at the same time.

How does synchronization work in Torgsoft?

You need only once to enter information about the product in the Torgsoft accounting program, and the program sends this information to the selected accounting centers, keeps track of goods for all stores at the same time and maintains up-to-date information on the availability of goods.
The entrepreneur by himself chooses what information about which product to provide to a particular store. Your synchronized stores do not have to be identical in terms of assortment and prices.
Thus, the addition of each new store has a minimal impact on the work of the entrepreneur, because work with all goods and orders of customers is carried out only in the accounting program, and Torgsoft synchronizes this information with all the necessary stores.

How to set up synchronization between Torgsoft and an online store?

In the Warehouse 一 Synchronization with an online store menu, go to the Synchronization object file and fill in the tabs:

General

• Name
• Category 一 «Online store»
• Synchronization through «Files»
• Product group 一 fill in if you need to synchronize only certain categories of goods, not the entire assortment
• For invoice items, take prices from 一 if your stores have different prices for the same item, you need to choose which store to import the price from
• Specify the FTP information delivery address
• Select the method of photo synchronization

Customers

Select the parameters by which you want to search for and create new customers when creating and processing an order.

Payments

Add invoice payment methods according to the forms of payment that customers can use to make purchases in your online store.

Accounting centers

Select the checkboxes next to the accounting centers from which you want to import balance data to your online store. In this tab, you can also specify whether only in-stock items are synchronized, or with photos, and from which accounting center to write off sold items.

Synchronization time

You can synchronize manually at any time, or set up automatic synchronization at a time convenient for you. To do this, select a synchronization time or interval.

Synchronization file

In this tab, you need to specify what information about the product the program will send to the online store during synchronization. You can synchronize all standard product characteristics at once by clicking «Add all fields to the synchronization file».
You can also create an unlimited number of additional dynamic characteristics and add them for synchronization using the «Add» button.
To complete the synchronization setup, select the file encoding, type of goods and orders file.

How to synchronize in Torgsoft?

Go to the Warehouse menu ⟶ Synchronization with the online store ⟶ select the synchronization object ⟶ click Update ⟶ Synchronize ⟶ done.
