In the accounting program Torgsoft, an unlimited number of users can work under different labels. For each employee, create a separate user and set up accesses and roles for him or her.

How to create a new seller and user in Torgsoft?

Step 1. To add a new salesperson in Torgsoft, go to «Settings» ⟶ «Employees» ⟶ «Add new employee», a window will open to fill in the data.

Provide all the necessary information: surname, name, middle name of the new employee, company name, date of hiring this employee. The date can be any and does not coincide with the day the record was created in the program. Save the data by clicking «Save».

Step 2. Create a new user in the Torgsoft and configure his/her roles. To do this, go to «Settings» ⟶ «Users» ⟶ «Add» ⟶ the form will open, fill it out:

• full name of the new cashier, or any other convenient name for his/her label,
• company name,
• set a password for the user and specify his/her role, for example, «Salesperson»,
• select the option for accounting of working time for this employee, for example, «By badge» — so that the program counts the working time for this cashier from the moment his/her badge is scanned,
• set a password,
• create a separate shortcut on the desktop through which this employee will work.

Step 3. Link the employee to his/her shortcut: go to the employee's card and, in the «Registration name when entering the program» field, select the name of the shortcut from the list and click «Write».

Done. A new shortcut with the name you assigned appears on the desktop. The user runs the Torgsoft program with this shortcut, enters his password that you created for him, scans the badge and can work.
