In the Torgsoft accounting program, it is easy to view information about the balance of goods in the warehouse.

You can review and analyze stock balances for the following goals

• To make a successful purchase. — To do this, review which products have been sold and which are still in stock, and create a list of products to order.
• To control the revenue process. — You can compare how much money you invested in the previous purchase, how much you received from sales, and for what amount of money the goods are left.
• To evaluate which accounting center sells which product better. — Compare warehouse balances for different accounting centers. You can get more detailed information using the «Analysis» mode.

How to view in Torgsoft how many goods and for how much are in stock?

Go to the «Warehouse menu» ⟶ «Warehouse status» ⟶ activate the «In stock» filter — a window with information will open. At the bottom, in the summary panel, you can see: the quantity of goods, the amount of goods in stock at the retail price near «Retail» and at the wholesale price near «Wholesale».

You can view the information for all products at once, or separately for a specific characteristic, for example, products with a zero balance.
