If you want the Torgsoft program to send information about sales of goods to the tax office, you need to set the fiscal status for this category of goods in the program.

How to make a product fiscal?

• Go to the menu «Commodity management» ⟶ «Product type» ⟶ the «Product type settings» window will open. In it, select the type of good you need and click «Change».
• You will see a product type card with fields to fill in.
• Check the «Fiscal» box, click «Save» and the program will automatically transmit data on the sales of this product to the tax authorities (If the program has a software cash register or a fiscal registrar connected. Without one of these options, data will not be sent to the tax office).

The fact that the product is fiscal should be set up in the accounting program immediately, at the time of the goods' receipt. The fiscal status of the goods is set for the entire category of goods, not for a specific product.

If the product is excisable or taxable, activate the corresponding block, and the fiscal receipt will display information about the amount of VAT or excise tax paid on the product.
