Torgsoft is a closed system, it is not a cloud solution and the program is installed on the user's computer or server. The accounting information belongs to the owner of the program - the one who has access to the computer on which the program is installed.
If the "ECR" option is activated and configured, a fiscal receipt is printed, in which case information about the sale of fiscal goods is sent to the tax office.
Otherwise, no one has external access to Torgsoft unless the owner provides access to the server.
To prevent the loss of information about the results of trade in the event of force majeure, do not share logins and passwords to the server and the program with anyone, and regularly back up the database to the cloud. If you have an up-to-date database, you can quickly resume the store's operation.
