Errors in the accounting system cannot be ignored. Most often, they are a clue that something is not configured correctly. Since information systems are constantly changing, and interaction with a third-party software product, such as the fiscal service's ECR, is in a state of constant development and improvement, error messages are indispensable.

We have collected the most common errors that occur when setting up and interacting with the software ECR with the fiscal service server.

Error in initialization of software ECR modules.
[.\EUSignCP.dll] file not found

✔️ Several important steps were missed in the process of setting up the cash register. To fix this, follow the 5 steps in the instructions without skipping any.

An error occurred while transmitting a request to the CA via HTTP

✔️ Update the program to version 2022.0.4 505 of the database - this helps in 99% of cases.
Otherwise, the address of the certification authority is incorrect. Try clicking the button on the right.

Update information
After entering the key and password, click the button highlighted in red, and the information will be pulled up automatically (only on the latest versions of Torgsoft).

It is possible that there is some kind of blocking by a firewall or antivirus, but this is extremely rare.

An error from the server: 400
Error code: 7 CheckLocalNumberInvalid
Invalid local document number

✔️ In the Settings → Software ECR form, select a specific ECR and click the button in the form of a grid # - the correct check number from the tax office will be pulled up. After that, you can continue to work with the ECR.

Error from the server: 400
Error code: 9 DocumentValidationError
XML validation error

✔️ This problem occurs when the user fills in the data manually on the "Software ECR" editing form, and does not automatically pull it from the tax office.

To fill in the information about the cash register automatically:

Specify the key and enter the password in the "Software ECR" form.
Click the "Search for ACS" button.
Click the "Select a business unit" button.
Torgsoft will make a request to the tax server and show the available PPOs of the entrepreneur. Select the desired PPO and all fields will be filled in in Torgsoft.

Error code: 9 DocumentValidationError
Invalid value of XML element '/CHECK/CHECKHEAD/IPN'. The specified VAT payer number '123123123' differs from the number according to the registration data '

✔️ Delete the optional value in the TIN field in the software ECR settings.

Error while downloading key certificates

✔️ You need to get a new certificate and create a cashier for the new certificate.

Server error: 401.

No access to the PPO with fiscal number 1231231231 for the user Seal No. 1 for the PPO of the individual entrepreneur Bondarenko Stanislav Stanislavovych, subject key identifier 82343424545ffdsgshtyey45678uyu787ufhjmd20

✔️ When registering the PPO with the tax office, the key identifier was incorrect.
This means that this employee, whose key is selected in the ECR settings, is not a cashier or a senior cashier.
You need to register the cashier with the tax office by filling out the appropriate form. When registering, specify the entity's key identifier, which is contained in the error text. You can copy it from the error form using the Ctrl+C combination.
