Verzia 9.2.4: Čo je nové?

Our programmers have picked up a steady pace: at least one update per quarter - and they strive to maintain it by all means! The result is clear: very soon every Torgsoft® user will be able to assess the usefulness of the new version - 9.2.4. The changes will affect the standard features of the program - we will talk about them below.
Warehouse - Goods Arrival
If your store often sells sets of items, this enhancement is for you! The new version will greatly simplify the process of printing labels - it will be possible to print price tags for each component of a set from the Stock status or on receipt of goods. In addition, this innovation will allow you to print labels in case of product decompletion.

Warehouse - Goods in transit.
The ability to customize employee access to important information expands with each update! By upgrading to version 9.2.4 you will be able to restrict the change of the waybill after it has been checked. You can do this by going to Program Settings - Role tab, switch Allow application of invoice check results.

Document - Trade with Bill (TAB)
The new version pays special attention to this mode - the greatest number of useful features will appear here.
So, in Torgsoft® 9.2.4 you will be able to attach an invoice to an e-mail for a customer. This will be possible using the "Attach bill as an attachment" action in the mass mailing template settings.
If you need to hand over the proceeds or make a collection, now you do not need to switch from Trade with invoice to other modes, which will save your time significantly.
In addition, when printing invoices, the number and date of the agreement with the customer are automatically taken from the customer card, thus avoiding unnecessary actions and reducing the time spent on them.

Document - Sales
If your store uses an additional popular option Gift Certificates, this enhancement will allow you to more thoroughly analyze payments made with them. With the new version, the Merchandise report for the day will be available with information about unused amount of certificates and amount of payments by certificates.

Document - Inventory Sheet
Some users need to print the inventory report after an inventory count. Previously you had to enter into the contents of the sheet and print it from there. In Torgsoft® 9.2.4 you will be able to print the report directly from the Inventory Sheet form.
