How to start selling on Prom.ua

1. Registration: register on the website by providing your phone number and email.

2. Choose a tariff: select a tariff that suits your business.

3. Add products: upload photos and descriptions of the products. This can be done manually or using the Torgsoft program, which will automatically synchronize products, prices, and photos.

4. Receive orders: after receiving orders, pay a commission only for successful sales.

5. Top up your balance: maintain your balance to continue listing products.

As of August 2, 2024, Prom.ua offers various tariff plans depending on the number of products you plan to sell. For example:

• 1,000 products: UAH 4,600/year for the site and UAH 1,300 for promotion.

• 6,000 products: UAH 5,200/year for the site and UAH 2,500 for promotion.

• 10,000 products: UAH 7,500/year for the site and UAH 4,000 for promotion.

Synchronization with Torgsoft

Prom allows synchronizing your store with Torgsoft, which simplifies working with products and orders. All operations can be performed in Torgsoft without switching between the program and the Prom admin panel.

Uploading products to Prom

You can describe the product, attach photos, and upload products to Prom.ua. This includes synchronizing the following data:

• Name

• Description

• Stock quantity

• Photos

• SKU

• Barcode

• Wholesale and retail price

• Product individual properties (color, size, volume, etc.)

Working with orders

All information about products is stored in the program, so there is no need to create a separate product catalog for Prom. It is enough to upload the catalog from the accounting program to the Prom server, which takes a few minutes. 

An order from Prom automatically enters Torgsoft, including all order details. The manager can process the order, send it, and the order status is automatically updated on Prom, informing the client.

PromPayment

Prom.ua offers PromPayment — a secure payment method for buyers and sellers. The money is held in a transit account until the buyer receives the parcel.

Tips for successful work on Prom

1. Properly present your products: the name, description, images, and other information about the product must comply with the rules: the name should be clear and understandable, without unnecessary symbols and capital letters; the description should detail the product's characteristics, including its purpose, features, and usage conditions; images should be high-quality, with a white background, without watermarks and foreign objects.
